Description
本発明は、超吸収体を備えた連続気泡フォーム、その製造方法並びに湿分制御のためのその使用に関する。
a)少なくとも1の酸基を有するエチレン性不飽和モノマー少なくとも1つ、前記モノマーは任意に、少なくとも部分的に中和されている;
b)少なくとも1の架橋剤;
c)少なくとも1の開始剤;
d)任意に、1又は複数の、a)で挙げたモノマーと共重合可能なエチレン性不飽和モノマー;
e)任意に、1又は複数の水溶性ポリマー;
f)少なくとも1の溶剤;及び
g)任意に、更なる添加剤及び/又は助剤。
Claims (7)
- 次の工程
i)フォームを調製する工程、
ii)少なくとも1の酸基を有するエチレン性不飽和モノマー少なくとも1を含む混合物を前記フォームに吹付けにより設ける工程、及び、
iii)前記混合物を重合して超吸収体にする工程
を含み、前記混合物は、製造された超吸収体の含有量が少なくとも20g/m2かつ最高700g/m2である量で設けられる、
最高30mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする、連続気泡フォーム及び超吸収体を含む湿分制御用平面構造体の製造方法。 - 前記平面構造体が最高15mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記平面構造体が最高5mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記フォームが、ポリウレタンフォーム、ポリエステルフォーム、合成又は天然ラテックスフォームであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記超吸収体が、部分中和したアクリル酸を基礎とする架橋したポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1の酸基を有するエチレン性不飽和モノマーが、部分中和されたアクリル酸であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記アクリル酸が少なくとも25mol%中和されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
