Description
Claims (15)
- 基材シートと、前記基材シート上に形成され、生分解性樹脂を含む樹脂層とを含み、
前記樹脂層は加工助剤をさらに含み、前記加工助剤はメチルメタクリレート60重量部〜86重量部、アルキルメタクリレート14重量部〜39.9重量部、及び、機能性単量体0.0001重量部〜0.5重量部の3元共重合体であり、
前記機能性単量体はフェニル(メタ)アクリレート、ベンジル(メタ)アクリレート、1,3―ブチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、1,4―ブチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ジビニルベンゼン、エチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート又はジエチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレートであることを特徴とする壁紙。 - 前記基材シートが模造紙又は不織布である、請求項1に記載の壁紙。
- 前記基材シートの坪量が80g/m2〜200g/m2である、請求項1に記載の壁紙。
- 前記基材シートの厚さが0.1mm〜0.3mmである、請求項1に記載の壁紙。
- 前記生分解性樹脂が、澱粉、ポリ(ヒドロキシ酪酸)、ポリ(ヒドロキシバレリアン酸)、ヒドロキシ酪酸―ヒドロキシバレリアン酸共重合体、ポリ乳酸、ポリ(カプロラクトン)、ポリ(ブチレンサクシネート)、ブチレンサクシネート―アジペート共重合体及びブチレンアジペート―テレフタレート共重合体からなる群から選択された一つ以上である、請求項1に記載の壁紙。
- 前記生分解性樹脂は、ポリ乳酸を含有する第1の樹脂成分と、ポリ(ブチレンサクシネート)、ブチレンサクシネート―アジペート共重合体及びブチレンアジペート―テレフタレート共重合体からなる群から選択された一つ以上を含む第2の樹脂成分と、を含む、請求項1に記載の壁紙。
- 前記樹脂層は、前記第1の樹脂成分100重量部に対して、10重量部〜500重量部の前記第2の樹脂成分を含む、請求項6に記載の壁紙。
- 前記樹脂層は、雲母、タルク及び粘土からなる群から選択された一つ以上の無機成分をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の壁紙。
- 前記無機成分の平均直径が1.0nm〜100nmである、請求項8に記載の壁紙。
- 前記樹脂層は、前記生分解性樹脂100重量部に対して5重量部〜20重量部の前記無機成分を含む、請求項8に記載の壁紙。
- 前記樹脂層は可塑剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の壁紙。
- 前記樹脂層は滑剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の壁紙。
- 前記樹脂層はフィラーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の壁紙。
- 前記樹脂層の表面に形成された印刷層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の壁紙。
- 前記樹脂層にエンボスパターンが与えられている、請求項1に記載の壁紙。
