Abstract

本发明提供一种绿色可降解环保墙布的制备方法,属于墙布技术领域,解决目前的墙布存在的过于柔软、将其贴于墙上的操作难度大以及会给用户带来健康隐患的技术问题。包括以下步骤:取适量家畜动物的皮,将家畜类动物的皮清洗切碎,然后加适量清水并加热至沸腾;数秒钟后停止加热,用滤网滤去上清液中的脂肪漂浮物;继续加热煮,煮至溶液呈白色糊状浓缩液时停止加热;趁热过滤,弃去滤渣,取滤液为家畜类动物的皮胶溶液;将天然纤维布料织物浸入45‑60℃的家畜类动物的皮胶溶液中,将浸透家畜类动物的皮胶溶液的天然纤维布料织物取出,放置于光滑的玻璃平面上,用刮板刮平,在室温下自然风干;取平整成型的天然纤维布料织物,裁剪整齐,即可作为墙布使用。

Description

绿色可降解环保墙布的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及墙布技术领域,尤其涉及一种绿色可降解环保墙布的制备方法。
背景技术
在提倡绿色生活的现代社会,由家庭装修带来的污染时刻威胁着人们的健康,推行无污染高质量装修无疑是一种健康的选择。为了美观舒适,在装修时用户会在墙上贴一层墙布。随着墙布需求量的逐年增加,对高质量高性能墙布材料的需求也随之增加。由各种天然纤维布料织物制成的墙布,例如亚麻、棉布、真丝、毛织物等,有美观的外表、丰富的表现形式、绿色环保、透气性好、富有弹性、不易折断老化等优点,理应成为理想的墙布材料。
然而,目前市面上由天然纤维布料织物制成的墙布的使用率很低,原因有二:1、普通的天然纤维布料织物过于柔软,直接粘贴于墙上时,操作难度较大;2、目前市场上销售的墙布,为了使布料坚挺,往往需要在背面胶合纸张、胶质材料等衬底支撑,这样会使墙布厚度大,硬度高,不但施工操作不便,而且使用上也容易给人造成压抑紧张的感觉。而添加衬底工序,既操作复杂,又会由于使用有机粘合剂及助剂而使得原本无毒无害环保的天然纤维布料织物引入有毒有害的成分,从而给用户带来健康隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决目前使用天然纤维布料织物制成的墙布存在的过于柔软、将其贴于墙上的操作难度大以及在天然纤维布料织物背面做衬底支撑使制备墙布的过程不仅操作复杂、而且会给用户带来健康隐患的技术问题,提供一种绿色可降解环保墙布的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种绿色可降解环保墙布的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
1)制备家畜类动物的皮胶溶液:取适量家畜动物的皮,去掉皮表面的杂质后,将家畜类动物的皮清洗、切碎,然后加清水并加热至沸腾,家畜动物的皮与水的质量比为1:8-12;数秒钟后停止加热,用滤网滤去上清液中的脂肪漂浮物;继续加热煮,煮至溶液呈白色糊状浓缩液时,停止加热;趁热过滤,弃去滤渣,取滤液即为家畜类动物的皮胶溶液;
2)对天然纤维布料织物进行涂层处理:将天然纤维布料织物浸入45-60℃的家畜类动物的皮胶溶液中,确保天然纤维布料织物全部湿透后,将浸透家畜类动物的皮胶溶液的天然纤维布料织物取出;
3)平整定型:将浸透家畜类动物的皮胶溶液的天然纤维布料织物取出放置于光滑的玻璃平面上,用刮板刮平,检查是否有皱褶和气泡,排除褶皱和气泡后,在室温下自然风干;取下风干后平整成型的天然纤维布料织物,裁剪整齐,即可作为墙布使用。
可选地,所述家畜动物的皮为猪皮、羊皮或牛皮。
可选地,所述天然纤维布料织物为棉布、真丝织物、亚麻织物或毛织物。
本发明的技术方案,提供了一种能制备无毒无害、对环境友好的墙布,且制备工艺简单、符合清洁生产要求的绿色可降解环保墙布的制备方法。本发明相对于背景技术具有如下优点:
(1)本发明制备得到的墙布具有如下特点:经过涂层处理后的天然纤维布料织物硬度韧性增加,表面平整无波纹起伏,边缘平直,没有毛边,易于裁剪;厚度保持了原来天然纤维布料织物的厚度,各项特性均符合墙布的各项物理指标要求;一些特殊柔软的天然纤维布料织物,如真丝织物等,经过涂层处理,也可变得非常坚挺,无需使用衬底材料支撑,即可作为成墙布使用。
(2)成型产品除保持的原有天然纤维布料织物各项性能之外,还具有吸音、保暖、防静电、抗起毛,透气等特点。
(3)由于可广泛对各种天然纤维布料织物进行涂层处理,消费者可选择范围较大,产品的价格区间较宽,从低档到高档天然纤维布料织物均可作为墙布使用,可适应各类不同消费人群;另外,产品对色彩图案的表现力强、表现形式丰富,色彩和风格的选择范围广,适合时尚个性的装修需求。
(4)制备工序简单方便,快速,易于操作;符合清洁生产要求。
(5)产品安全环保,无毒无害,且可降解;产品价格适宜,每平方米墙布的价格在原有天然纤维布料织物价格的基础上增加3-4元;消费市场潜力巨大。
本发明制备得到的墙布与现有墙布的性能对比如表1所示。

由上表对比可知,本发明制备得到的墙布具有柔韧质轻、耐用、易降解、环保、抗静电、透气性好、吸音隔音效果好等优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1
本实施例中的绿色可降解环保墙布的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
1)制备家畜类动物的皮胶溶液:取适量家畜动物的皮,去掉皮表面的杂质后,将家畜类动物的皮清洗、切碎,然后加清水并加热至沸腾,家畜动物的皮与水的质量比为1:8-12;数秒钟后停止加热,用滤网滤去上清液中的脂肪漂浮物;继续加热煮,煮至溶液呈白色糊状浓缩液时,停止加热;趁热过滤,弃去滤渣,取滤液即为家畜类动物的皮胶溶液;
2)对天然纤维布料织物进行涂层处理:将天然纤维布料织物浸入45-60℃的家畜类动物的皮胶溶液中,确保天然纤维布料织物全部湿透后,将浸透家畜类动物的皮胶溶液的天然纤维布料织物取出;

优选地,所述家畜动物的皮为猪皮、羊皮或牛皮,优选为猪皮。
其中,所述天然纤维布料织物为棉布、真丝织物、亚麻织物或毛织物。
实施例2
本实施例中的绿色可降解环保墙布的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
1)制备猪皮胶溶液:取100g猪皮,去掉猪皮表面的杂质后,将猪皮清洗、切碎,然后加800-1000ml清水并加热至沸腾;30秒钟后停止加热,用滤网滤去上清液中的脂肪漂浮物;继续加热煮,煮至溶液呈白色糊状浓缩液时,停止加热;趁热过滤,弃去滤渣,取滤液即为猪皮胶溶液;
2)对棉布进行涂层处理:将棉布浸入45-60℃的猪皮胶溶液中,确保棉布全部湿透,使猪皮胶溶液均匀渗透分布在棉布中后,将浸透猪皮胶溶液的棉布取出;
3)平整定型:将浸透猪皮胶的棉布取出放置于光滑的玻璃平面上,用刮板刮平,检查是否有皱褶和气泡,排除褶皱和气泡后,在室温下自然风干;取下风干后平整成型的棉布,裁剪整齐,即可作为墙布使用。
其中,该实施例中的猪皮可以用牛皮、羊皮等其它家畜类动物的皮替代。另外,该实施例中的棉布还可以用真丝织物、亚麻织物或毛织物等来替代。
实施例3
本实施例中的绿色可降解环保墙布的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
1)制备猪皮胶溶液:取50g猪皮,小火烧烤猪皮表面,以去掉猪皮表面的杂质后,将猪皮清洗、切碎,然后加400-600ml清水并加热至沸腾;20秒钟后停止加热,用滤网滤去上清液中的脂肪漂浮物;继续加热煮,煮至溶液呈白色糊状浓缩液时,停止加热;趁热过滤,弃去滤渣,取滤液即为猪皮胶溶液;
2)对真丝织物进行涂层处理:将真丝织物浸入45-60℃的猪皮胶溶液中,确保真丝织物全部湿透后,将浸透猪皮胶溶液的真丝织物取出;
3)平整定型:将浸透猪皮胶的真丝织物取出放置于光滑的玻璃平面上,用刮板刮平,检查是否有皱褶和气泡,排除褶皱和气泡后,在室温下自然风干;取下风干后平整成型的真丝织物,裁剪整齐,即可作为墙布使用。
其中,该实施例中的猪皮可以用牛皮、羊皮等其它家畜类动物的皮替代。另外,该实施例中的真丝织物还可以用棉布、亚麻织物或毛织物等来替代。

1.一种绿色可降解环保墙布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)制备家畜类动物的皮胶溶液:取适量家畜动物的皮,去掉皮表面的杂质后,将家畜类动物的皮清洗、切碎,然后加清水并加热至沸腾,家畜动物的皮与水的质量比为1:8-12;数秒钟后停止加热,用滤网滤去上清液中的脂肪漂浮物;继续加热煮,煮至溶液呈白色糊状浓缩液时,停止加热;趁热过滤,弃去滤渣,取滤液即为家畜类动物的皮胶溶液;
2)对天然纤维布料织物进行涂层处理:将天然纤维布料织物浸入45-60℃的家畜类动物的皮胶溶液中,确保天然纤维布料织物全部湿透后,将浸透家畜类动物的皮胶溶液的天然纤维布料织物取出;
3)平整定型:将浸透家畜类动物的皮胶溶液的天然纤维布料织物取出放置于光滑的玻璃平面上,用刮板刮平,检查是否有皱褶和气泡,排除褶皱和气泡后,在室温下自然风干;取下风干后平整成型的天然纤维布料织物,裁剪整齐,即可作为墙布使用。
