Claims (5)
- 複数のスイッチング素子が設けられ、直流電力を交流電力に変換するインバータ回路部と、
前記スイッチング素子の温度を検出する温度検出センサと、
前記インバータ回路部と前記温度検出センサとが設けられた主配線基板と、を備え、
前記インバータ回路部は、その各相に対応する上アーム側及び下アーム側各々の前記スイッチング素子が複数個並列にして接続され、
前記温度検出センサは、並列にして接続された前記スイッチング素子の中間に配置され、
前記主配線基板は、並列にして接続された前記スイッチング素子各々の端子間を接続する導電路を備え、
前記温度検出センサは、前記導電路に対応する箇所の前記主配線基板表面に配置されていることを特徴とするインバータ装置。 - 前記インバータ回路部を制御する制御部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記温度検出センサの出力に基づいて前記インバータ回路部を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインバータ装置。 - 前記温度検出センサの出力に基づく前記インバータ回路部の異常情報を出力する状態出力部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のインバータ装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のインバータ装置を搭載したことを特徴とする電動車両。
- 前記状態出力部が出力する前記異常情報をユーザに報知する報知部を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電動車両。
