前記温度センサにより検出された温度が所定温度未満のときには前記蓄電装置の状態に応じた放電電力上限値の範囲内で前記モータが駆動するように前記昇圧コンバータと前記インバータとを制御し、前記温度センサにより検出された温度が前記所定温度以上のときには前記放電電力上限値が小さくなるように制限を課した電力の範囲内で前記モータが駆動するように前記昇圧コンバータと前記インバータとを制御する制御装置と、
を備える駆動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記昇圧コンバータに故障が生じたときには前記昇圧コンバータを停止した状態で前記モータが駆動するように前記昇圧コンバータと前記インバータを制御し、その後、前記昇圧コンバータの故障に伴って前記温度センサに故障が生じていると判断したときには前記温度センサにより検出された温度が前記所定温度以上であっても前記放電電力上限値に制限を課さずに前記モータが駆動するように前記インバータを制御する、
ことを要旨とする。

- モータと、
蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置側の電力を昇圧する昇圧コンバータと、
前記昇圧コンバータの温度を検出可能な温度センサと、
前記温度センサにより検出された温度が所定温度以上のときには、前記所定温度未満のときよりも制限を課した放電電力の範囲内で前記モータを駆動するように制御する制御装置と、
を備える駆動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記昇圧コンバータの故障に加えて前記温度センサに故障が生じたときには前記温度センサにより検出された温度に基づく制限を課さずに前記モータを駆動するように制御する、
駆動装置。 - 請求項1記載の駆動装置であって、
前記温度センサにより検出された温度が所定温度以上のとき、前記制御装置は、上限値が前記所定温度未満のときよりも小さくなるように前記放電電力の範囲を制限する、
駆動装置。 - 請求項1または2記載の駆動装置であって、
前記モータを駆動するインバータを更に備え、
前記昇圧コンバータは前記蓄電装置側の電力を昇圧して前記インバータ側へ供給する、
駆動装置。 - 請求項3記載の駆動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記温度センサにより検出された温度が前記所定温度未満のときには前記蓄電装置の状態に応じた放電電力の範囲内で前記モータが駆動するように前記昇圧コンバータと前記インバータとを制御する、
駆動装置。 - 請求項1ないし4のうちのいずれか1つの請求項に記載の駆動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記昇圧コンバータの故障が前記昇圧コンバータに過電流が流れることによって生じた故障であるときに前記温度センサに故障が生じていると判断する、
駆動装置。 - 請求項1ないし5のうちのいずれか1つの請求項に記載の駆動装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記昇圧コンバータが故障中であり、且つ、前記温度センサにより検出された温度が前記所定温度以上であるときに前記温度センサに故障が生じていると判断する、
