Description
6個のトランジスタと6個のダイオードにより構成されるインバータの制御装置であって、
前記6個のトランジスタのうちのいずれか1つに短絡故障が生じたことによって短絡故障したトランジスタと並列に接続された2つのトランジスタをオンとする三相オン制御を実行する際には、前記6個のダイオードのうち逆回復電流が生じるダイオードのリカバリ損失がリカバリ耐量未満になると推定されるときに前記三相オン制御を開始する、
ことを特徴とする。
Claims (5)
- 6個のトランジスタと6個のダイオードにより構成されるインバータの制御装置であって、
前記6個のトランジスタのうちのいずれか1つに短絡故障が生じたことによって短絡故障したトランジスタと並列に接続された2つのトランジスタをオンとする三相オン制御を実行する際には、前記6個のダイオードのうち逆回復電流が生じるダイオードのリカバリ損失がリカバリ耐量未満になると推定されるときに前記三相オン制御を開始する、
ことを特徴とするインバータの制御装置。 - 請求項1記載のインバータの制御装置であって、
前記逆回復電流が生じるダイオードに作用する逆方向電圧が所定電圧未満のときが前記リカバリ損失が前記リカバリ耐量未満となるときであるとして前記三相オン制御を開始する、
インバータの制御装置。 - 請求項1記載のインバータの制御装置であって、
前記インバータにより駆動される回転電機の回転数が所定回転数未満のときが前記リカバリ損失が前記リカバリ耐量未満になると推定されるときであるとして前記三相オン制御を開始する、
インバータの制御装置。 - 請求項1記載のインバータの制御装置であって、
前記逆回復電流が生じるダイオードに流れる順方向の電流値が所定電流値未満のときが前記リカバリ損失が前記リカバリ耐量未満になると推定されるときであるとして前記三相オン制御を開始する、
インバータの制御装置。 - 請求項1記載のインバータの制御装置であって、
前記逆回復電流が生じるダイオードに流れる順方向の電流値と該ダイオードに作用する逆方向電圧との積が所定値未満のときが前記リカバリ損失が前記リカバリ耐量未満になると推定されるときであるとして前記三相オン制御を開始する、
