상기 배터리 제어 시스템은, 상기 전압 센서 및 상기 전류 센서의 중복 고장으로 상기 SOC의 추정이 불가능한 상태에서, 상기 캐패시터 전압이 소정 전압 이하로 낮아져 상기 타 제어기에 의해 상기 메인 릴레이의 오프가 지시되면, 상기 메인 릴레이를 오프하는 배터리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 제어 시스템은, 상기 전압 센서 및 상기 전류 센서의 중복 고장이 검출되면, 상기 전압 센서와 상기 전류 센서에 대해 서로 다른 고장 코드(Diagnostic Trouble Code) 확정 조건을 적용하는 배터리 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 제어 시스템은, 상기 배터리 시스템을 구성하는 항목들에 대한 고장을 진단하며, 복수의 항목에 대해 중복 고장이 발생하고 고장이 발생한 항목들 간에 상호 영향을 미치는 경우 상기 고장이 발생한 항목들 간에 서로 다른 고장 코드 확정 조건을 적용하는 배터리 시스템. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 제어 시스템은, 고장 시 상호 영향을 미치는 고장 항목들의 리스트를 토대로 중복 고장이 발생한 항목들 간에 상호 영향을 미치는지를 판단하는 배터리 시스템. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 제어 시스템은, 중복 고장이 발생한 항목들 중 먼저 고장이 진단된 항목에 대해서는 2DC(Driving Cycle) 확정을 적용하여 고장 코드를 확정하고, 나중에 고장이 진단된 항목에 대해서는 1DC 확정을 적용하여 고장 코드를 확정하는 배터리 시스템. - 배터리의 전압을 검출하는 전압 센서 및 상기 배터리의 충방전 전류를 검출하는 전류 센서의 중복 고장으로 상기 배터리의 SOC의 추정이 불가능하면, 차량 시스템과 상기 배터리를 연결하는 메인 릴레이의 연결을 유지한 상태에서 페일 세이프 협조 제어를 요청하는 배터리 제어 시스템, 및
상기 배터리 제어 시스템으로부터 상기 페일 세이프 협조 제어가 요청되면, 인버터의 캐패시터 전압을 참조하여 모터 또는 시동 장치의 토크 제어를 수행하는 차량 제어기를 포함하는 차량 시스템. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 차량 제어기는, 상기 전압 센서 및 상기 전류 센서의 중복 고장으로 상기 캐패시터 전압을 참조하여 상기 모터 또는 시동 장치의 토크 제어를 수행하는 중에 상기 캐패시터 전압이 소정 전압 이하로 낮아지면, 상기 배터리 제어 시스템으로 상기 메인 릴레이의 오프를 지시하는 차량 시스템. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 차량 제어기는, 상기 페일 세이프 협조 제어가 요청되면, 저전압 직류 변환기(low voltage dc-dc converter)가 입력 전압을 토대로 독자 제어를 수행하도록 상기 저전압 직류 변환기를 제어하는 차량 시스템. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 차량 제어기는, 상기 페일 세이프 협조 제어가 요청되면, 상기 차량 시스템이 HEV(hybrid electric vehicle) 모도로 주행하도록 상기 차량 시스템의 엔진을 제어하는 차량 시스템. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 차량 제어기는, 엔진이 정지 중에 상기 페일 세이프 협조 제어가 요청되면, 상기 엔진을 시동하는 차량 시스템. - 배터리의 전압을 검출하는 전압 센서 및 상기 배터리의 충방전 전류를 검출하는 전류 센서의 고장을 진단하는 단계, 및
상기 전압 센서 및 상기 전류 센서의 중복 고장으로 상기 배터리의 SOC 추정이 불가능하면, 상기 배터리와 차량 시스템을 연결하는 메인 릴레이를 온 상태로 유지한 상태에서, 상기 차량 시스템 내 타 제어기가 인버터의 캐패시터 전압을 참조하여 모터 또는 시동 장치의 토크 제어를 수행하도록 상기 타 제어기로 페일 세이프(fail-safe) 협조 제어를 요청하는 단계를 포함하는 배터리 시스템의 제어 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 전압 센서 및 상기 전류 센서의 중복 고장으로 상기 SOC 의 추정이 불가능한 상태에서, 상기 캐패시터 전압이 소정 전압 이하로 낮아져 상기 타 제어기에 의해 상기 메인 릴레이의 오프가 지시되면, 상기 메인 릴레이를 오프하는 단계를 더 포함하는 배터리 시스템의 제어 방법. - 제12항에 있어서,
중복 고장이 검출된 상기 전압 센서 및 상기 전류 센서에 대한 고장 코드를 확정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 배터리 시스템의 제어 방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 고장 코드를 확정하는 단계는,
상기 전압 센서와 상기 전류 센서에 대해 서로 다른 고장 코드 확정 조건을 적용하여 고장 코드를 확정하는 단계를 포함하는 배터리 시스템의 제어 방법. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 고장 코드를 확정하는 단계는,
상기 전압 센서 및 상기 전류 센서 중 먼저 고장이 진단된 항목에 대해서 2DC(Driving Cycle) 확정을 적용하여 고장 코드를 확정하는 단계, 및
상기 전압 센서 및 상기 전류 센서 중 나중에 고장이 진단된 항목에 대해서는 1DC 확정을 적용하여 고장 코드를 확정하는 단계를 포함하는 배터리 시스템의 제어 방법.
