2CO+Si=SiO2+2C ・・・(2)
Claims (6)
- Al4O4Cの結晶を有するアルミニウムオキシカーバイド組成物において、当該アルミニウムオキシカーバイド組成物を任意の断面で見たときに、Al4O4Cの結晶の断面積を円に換算したときの平均直径が20μm以上であるアルミニウムオキシカーバイド組成物であって、コランダムの結晶を更に含み、Al 4 O 4 Cの結晶とコランダムの結晶が、交互に層状に配列しており、カーボン含有量が3.2〜6.3質量%以下であるアルミニウムオキシカーバイド組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のアルミニウムオキシカーバイド組成物の製造方法において、炭素質原料とアルミナ質原料とをアーク炉で溶融後、当該アーク炉内で冷却することを特徴とするアルミニウムオキシカーバイド組成物の製造方法。
- 前記炭素質原料と前記アルミナ質原料に、炭化珪素、炭化硼素、窒化アルミニウム、窒化硼素及び1000℃以上の温度域でカーボンよりも酸素親和力が強い金属のうち1種以上を外掛けで0.2〜10.0質量%添加し、アーク炉で溶融後、当該アーク炉内で冷却する請求項2に記載のアルミニウムオキシカーバイド組成物の製造方法。
- 原料をC成分のばらつきが±10%以内となるように均一に混合する請求項2又は3に記載のアルミニウムオキシカーバイド組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載のアルミニウムオキシカーバイド組成物を骨材として含有する耐火物。
- 請求項1に記載のアルミニウムオキシカーバイド組成物を15〜95質量%含有する耐火物。
