バインダーの製造:
まず、全ての粉末状の成分を混合し、そして水と、例えば液体の活性剤構成成分を有するM1、M2、M1v、M2vとを、DIN EN 196に依存して冷却し、均一なバインダーを得る。
撹拌させたバインダーから、DIN EN 196に従って、4×4×16cmのサイズを有する角柱形の試験体を製造し、そしてその基準に従って貯蔵する。続いて、変色の目視試験を実施する。
Claims (10)
- バインダーとしてスラグサンド、他のバインダーとしてマイクロシリカ及び/又はメタカオリン、並びに活性剤としてアルカリ金属化合物を含有する建築材料混合物であって、該建築材料混合物が亜鉛塩を含有し、該亜鉛塩が0〜8個の炭素原子を有することを特徴とする建築材料混合物。
- 前記建築材料混合物が、他のバインダーとしてフライアッシュを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の建築材料混合物。
- 前記スラグサンドが、2000cm2/gより大きい比表面積(ブレーン値)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の建築材料混合物。
- 前記建築材料混合物が、粉末状の活性剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の建築材料混合物。
- 前記建築材料混合物が、活性剤としてアルカリ性のカリウム水ガラスを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の建築材料混合物。
- 前記建築材料混合物が、活性剤としてアルカリ金属ヒドロキシド、アルカリ金属シリケート、アルカリ金属アルミネート、アルカリ金属カーボネート及び/又はアルカリ金属スルフェートを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の建築材料混合物。
- 次の構成成分:
0.001〜10質量%の亜鉛塩、
5〜50質量%のスラグサンド、
5〜50質量%の活性剤
を混合物中に含み、その質量データは、それぞれ混合物の総質量に基づくことを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の建築材料混合物。 - 前記建築材料混合物が、亜鉛塩として、酸化亜鉛、フッ化亜鉛及び/又は硫酸亜鉛を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の建築材料混合物。
- 変色の抑制のための請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の建築材料混合物における炭素原子0〜8個を有する亜鉛塩の使用。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の建築材料混合物を含有する目地モルタル又は被覆。
