Claims (3)
- 電気アクチュエータ(17)と、該電気アクチュエータ(17)が発揮する動力で駆動されてチョーク弁(14)を開閉するチョーク弁開閉機構(19)と、前記電気アクチュエータ(17)の作動を制御する制御手段(48)と、前記制御手段(48)および前記電気アクチュエータ(17)に電力を供給するバッテリ(49)とを備える汎用エンジン用気化器のオートチョーク装置において、
前記電気アクチュエータ(17)の作動に応じてスロットル弁(15)を開閉するようにして前記電気アクチュエータ(17)および前記スロットル弁(15)間に設けられるスロットル弁開閉機構(18)と、前記チョーク弁開閉機構(19)とは独立して前記チョーク弁(14)を周囲温度に応じて駆動する感温アクチュエータ(40)とを含み、
前記チョーク弁開閉機構(19)が、前記スロットル弁開閉機構(18)の一部を構成する作動部材(27)に設けられ且つ前記チョーク弁(14)を前記スロットル弁(15)の開閉に連動して開閉するカム(28)を構成要素の1つとして、前記作動部材(27)および前記チョーク弁(14)間に設けられ、
前記制御手段(48)が、エンジン停止時には前記スロットル弁(15)を全開位置に移動させると共に前記チョーク弁(14)を半開位置に移動させ、エンジンのクランキング開始時には前記スロットル弁(15)をオーバー全開位置に移動させると共に前記チョーク弁(14)を全閉位置に移動させ、エンジンの暖機状態では、前記スロットル弁(15)の開度に応じて前記チョーク弁(14)を全閉および半開位置間で作動せしめるように前記電気アクチュエータ(17)の作動を制御して、前記カム(28)を作動させ、
暖機完了時には、前記感温アクチュエータ(40)が前記チョーク弁(14)を開き側に駆動して、該チョーク弁(14)を全開状態に維持することを特徴とする汎用エンジン用気化器のオートチョーク装置。 - 前記チョーク弁(14)が全閉および半開位置間にある状態での急激な負荷の増大に応じて前記チョーク弁(14)を開き側に回動させるリリーフ機構(36)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の汎用エンジン用気化器のオートチョーク装置。
- 前記チョーク弁(14)を気化器の外部から閉じ側に手動操作で回動し得るチョーク弁強制閉弁手段(43)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の汎用エンジン用気化器のオートチョーク装置。
