Description
現在実施されているキャパシタ劣化判定方法としては、サービスマンのために用意されている高出力放電装置を用いて、キャパシタの容量を計測し、計測した容量が規定する容量以下になったか否かを判定するという方法がある。なお、キャパシタの容量計測値が規定容量以下に達している場合には、キャパシタを交換するメンテナンスが施される。この方法によると、まず、ハイブリッド建設機械に車載されているキャパシタを車上から降ろし、キャパシタを高出力放電装置がある場所まで運び、高出力放電装置とキャパシタとを接続する作業が行なわれる。そして、高出力放電装置を用いて、キャパシタに充放電を繰り返し、そのときの電圧値、電流値を検出し、さらに電圧検出値、電流検出値に基づいてキャパシタの容量を計測し、計測した容量が規定する容量以下になったか否かを判定するというものである。
特許文献1には、ハイブリッド建設機械のエンジンを始動する前に、エンジンや発電電動機を駆動させない状態で、昇降圧コンバータユニットからキャパシタに電力を供給し、そのときのキャパシタの電圧値と電流値を検出し、検出した電圧値と電流値に基づいてキャパシタの内部抵抗値を算出し、算出した内部抵抗値に基づいてキャパシタの劣化状態を判定するという発明が記載されている。

劣化状態判定時制御モードでは、蓄電装置を所定の充電開始電圧から所定の充電終了電圧まで上昇させる充電動作が複数回行われ、
各充電動作毎の蓄電装置の容量を平均した平均容量を算出し、平均容量と基準となる容量を比較することによって、蓄電装置の劣化状態を判定すること

作業機が停止中であることが確認された場合に、劣化状態判定時制御モードに移行させ、発電電動機を所定の回転数および所定のトルクで駆動して、蓄電装置を所定の充電開始電圧から所定の充電終了電圧まで上昇させるステップと、
劣化状態判定時制御モード時の発電電動機の回転数値およびトルク値と、蓄電装置の充電開始電圧値および充電終了電圧値と、蓄電装置が充電開始電圧値から充電終了電圧値に達するまでに要した時間の各計測値と、蓄電装置の容量との間に成立する式を用いて、当該蓄電装置の容量を算出するステップと、
