Description
第2充電要求パワー演算部113で行う演算のフローチャートを図9に示す。まず、ステップS1131では、モジュレート中か否かを判断する。モジュレートON信号が真であればステップS1132へ、モジュレートON信号が偽であればステップS1133へ進む。
図12において、メインコントローラ100bは、第1の実施の形態のメインコントローラ110の蓄電管理部110が蓄電管理部110bに変わっている。また、蓄電管理部110bには、走行要求演算部130からの走行要求パワーが入力信号に追加され、前後進スイッチ信号に替えて、ブレーキ信号が入力されている。
第2充電要求パワー演算部113bで行う演算のフローチャートを図14に示す。第1の実施の形態のステップS1131、S1135、S1136が、それぞれ、ステップS1131b、S1135b、S1136bに変わっており、S1134bが追加されている。

Claims (5)
- エンジンと、前記エンジンと機械的に接続した発電電動機と、前記発電電動機の発電量を制御する発電インバータと、車体を駆動する走行電動機と、前記発電インバータと前記走行電動機と電気的に接続した蓄電装置と、前記車体の進行方向を切り替える前後進切替え手段とを有する電動駆動式作業車両において、
前記蓄電装置の電圧信号を検出する電圧検出手段と、
前記走行電動機の速度信号を検出する速度検出手段と、
前記電圧検出手段で検出した前記蓄電装置の電圧信号と、前記速度検出手段で検出した速度信号とを取込み、前記蓄電装置の電圧信号が最高電圧値以下であり、前記前後進切替え手段による切替えにより、前記走行電動機の速度信号の絶対値が0よりも大きく、かつ予め設定した設定速度以下であるときに、前記発電電動機の発電量を増加する指令を前記発電インバータへ出力する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、前記走行電動機の走行要求パワーを演算する走行パワー演算手段と、前記前後進切替え手段による指示方向と前記走行電動機の速度信号の方向が異なっているときは、モジュレート動作中であると判定し、前記前後進切替え手段による指示方向と前記走行電動機の速度信号の方向が同じときは、モジュレート非動作であると判定するモジュレート判定手段とを備え、
前記モジュレート判定手段によるモジュレート動作の判定の前段階であって、前記走行パワー演算手段により演算した前記走行電動機の前記走行要求パワーが予め設定したパワー以下であるときに前記発電電動機の発電量を増加する指令を前記発電インバータへ出力する
ことを特徴とする電動駆動式作業車両。 - 請求項1記載の電動駆動式作業車両において、
前記制御手段は、前記蓄電装置の電圧が最高電圧値以下であり、前記走行電動機の速度信号の絶対値が0よりも大きく、かつ予め設定した設定速度以下であるときに、前記走行電動機の速度信号の絶対値が0に漸次減少するほど、前記発電電動機の発電量を増大する指令を前記発電インバータへ出力する
ことを特徴とする電動駆動式作業車両。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電動駆動式作業車両において、
前記制御手段は、前記モジュレート判定手段からのモジュレート判定信号を取込み、前記走行電動機の速度信号の絶対値が0よりも大きく、かつ予め設定した設定速度以下であるときに、モジュレート動作中は、モジュレート非動作の時よりも前記発電インバータへ出力する前記発電電動機の発電量の指令を増大する充電要求パワー演算手段とを備えた
ことを特徴とする電動駆動式作業車両。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電動駆動式作業車両において、
前記車体を減速するブレーキ操作手段と、
前記走行電動機の電圧信号を検出する第2電圧検出手段と、
前記走行電動機の電流信号を検出する電流検出手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、前記第2電圧検出手段で検出した前記走行電動機の電圧信号と、前記電流検出手段で検出した前記走行電動機の電流信号とを取込み、前記走行電動機の走行要求パワーを演算する走行パワー取得手段と、
前記ブレーキ操作手段からのブレーキ信号を基にブレーキON信号又はブレーキOFF信号を演算するブレーキ判定手段とを有し、
前記ブレーキ判定手段からのブレーキ判定信号を取込み、前記走行パワー取得手段からの走行要求パワーが予め設定した設定パワー以下であるときに、ブレーキOFFのときは、ブレーキONのときよりも前記発電インバータへ出力する前記発電電動機の発電量の指令を増大する第2充電要求パワー演算手段とを備えた
ことを特徴とする電動駆動式作業車両。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の電動駆動式作業車両において、
前記制御手段は、前記電圧検出手段が検出した前記蓄電装置の電圧信号が高ければ高いほど、前記0よりも大きく、かつ予め設定した設定速度の値を小さくする
ことを特徴とする電動駆動式作業車両。
