Description
該新規添加剤の特徴:
メタロセン触媒作用を用いて製造したポリエチレンワックス
滴点: 約120℃
酸価: 約40mgKOH/g
粘度: 140℃で約220mPas
配合: 粉末状成分の全てを、タンブリングミキサー中で均一に混合した。この混合物を、共回転式二軸スクリュー押出機を用いて加工してペレットとした。
試験片の作製: DIN EN ISO294に従う標準ダンベル試験片を、全ての試験用に射出成形した。
Claims (14)
- フィラー含有プラスチックの水の吸収の遅延及び低減並びに寸法安定性を向上するために、フィラー含有プラスチックのための変性剤としてワックスを使用する方法であって、プラスチックが熱可塑性プラスチックもしくは熱硬化性プラスチックからなり、そしてフィラーを50〜99重量%の量で含み、及びフィラーが、木粉、コルク粉、木粒または木材繊維から選択される、前記方法。
- ワックスが合成もしくは天然ワックスからなる、請求項1の使用方法。
- ワックスが、石油ワックス、モンタンワックス、動物ワックスもしくは植物ワックスからなる、請求項1の使用方法。
- ワックスが、脂肪酸、脂肪酸エステル、脂肪酸アミド、フィッシャートロプシュワックス、ポリオレフィンワックス、もしくは極性変性ポリオレフィンワックスからなる、請求項1の使用方法。
- ワックスがモンタンワックスからなる、請求項1の使用方法。
- ワックスがポリオレフィンワックスからなる、請求項1の使用方法。
- ワックスが極性変性ポリオレフィンワックスからなる、請求項1の使用方法。
- ワックスが、極性モノマーを用いてグラフト化したポリオレフィンワックスからなる、請求項1の使用方法。
- ワックスが、無水マレイン酸及び/またはアルコキシ置換ビニルシラン及び/またはスチレン類を用いてグラフト化されたポリオレフィンワックスからなる、請求項1の使用方法。
- ワックスが、無水マレイン酸グラフトメタロセンポリエチレンワックスからなる、請求項1の使用方法。
- ワックスの使用量が、フィラーを基準にして0.05〜10重量%である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一つの使用方法。
- ワックスの使用量が、フィラーを基準にして0.5〜5.0重量%である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つの使用方法。
- プラスチックがフィラーを50〜90重量%の量で含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つの使用方法。
- プラスチックが、ポリビニルクロライド、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、ポリカーボネート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリアミド、スチレンポリマー、及び/またはこれらのブレンドからなる、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つの使用方法。
