Description
サンプルの調製
表I又はIIに示す配合において、硫黄とチウラム系加硫促進剤又はパーオキサイドを除く成分を1.6リットルのバンバリーミキサーに装入し、5分間混練し、150±5℃に達したときに放出してマスターバッチを得た。このマスターバッチに加硫促進剤と硫黄、又はパーオキサイドをオープンロールで混練し、未加硫ゴム組成物のシートを得た。この未加硫ゴム組成物のシートについて以下の接着性評価試験法に用いて接着性を評価した。結果は表I又はIIに示す。
接着性:押出成型した熱可塑性エラストマーフィルム(特許第2999188号公報の実施例1の方法で製造したナイロン11/ブチル系ゴムの動的架橋物)を、各例に記載の配合の未加硫ゴム2mmシートに貼合せて160℃×20分で加硫し、幅25mm、長さ100mmの短冊状に切断した後、熱可塑性エラストマーフィルムの中央部に幅方向にカット傷(12.5mm)を入れたサンプルを作成した。これを上島製作所製疲労試験機にて、チャック間60mmでストローク10mmの連続的な引張り歪を50万回繰り返し与えた後、カット傷からのフィルムの剥がれを目視で観察し、以下の判断で評価した。
◎:フィルムの剥がれが全く見られなかったもの
○:カット傷から微小な剥がれが見られるものの、ゴムの材料破壊であるもの
×:カット傷から大きな剥がれが生じ、界面剥離となっているもの

Claims (6)
- (A)熱可塑性樹脂のマトリックスに少なくとも部分的に加硫したゴムが分散した熱可塑性エラストマー組成物からなる熱可塑性樹脂フィルムと、(B)全100重量部当り、(i)(50/100〜80/95)×100重量部のジエン系ゴム及び(ii)(15/95〜50/100)×100重量部のエポキシ基を含有するポリマーを含む未加硫ゴム組成物との積層物をゴムの加硫時に一体化した積層体を用いた空気入りタイヤ。
- 組成物(B)に含まれるジエン系ゴム(i)及びエポキシ基を含有するポリマー(ii)の合計量100重量部当り、硫黄1〜2重量部及びチウラム系加硫剤1〜2.5重量部を含む請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 組成物(B)に含まれるジエン系ゴム(i)及びエポキシ基を含有するポリマー(ii)の合計量100重量部当り、0.3〜1重量部のパーオキサイド化合物を含む請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 組成物(B)に含まれるジエン系ゴム(i)及びエポキシ基を含有するポリマー(ii)の合計量100重量部当り、40〜80重量部のカーボンブラックを含む請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂のマトリックスがポリアミド樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、ポリニトリル樹脂、ポリメタクリレート系樹脂、ポリビニル系樹脂、セルロース系樹脂、フッ素系樹脂及びイミド系樹脂の群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の熱可塑性樹脂である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂のマトリックスに分散した少なくとも部分的に加硫したゴムがジエン系ゴム及びその水添物、オレフィン系ゴム、含ハロゲン系ゴム、シリコンゴム、含イオウゴム、フッ素ゴム並びに熱可塑性エラストマーの群から選ばれた少なくとも一種である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
