Description
Claims (18)
- 自動ピペットを有する解析装置であって、
(1)ピペット先端受け要素および(2)マニピュレータを結合させたロボットアームを備え、該ロボットアームが、ピペット先端受け要素を、x座標、y座標およびz座標のうちの少なくとも2つに沿って並進させ、マニピュレータは、直線および回転運動で独立して移動可能な動作部分を有していてバイオチップを解析装置の一つの位置から他の位置に押しやることができ、前記解析装置がさらに、
ピペット先端受け要素と結合された第1の光エネルギー源および第1の光エネルギー検知器を備え、第1の光エネルギー源が、ピペット先端によって囲まれた容積に第1の光エネルギーを供給し、第1の光エネルギー検知器が、容積から第1の光エネルギーの少なくとも一部を受け、前記解析装置がさらに、
ピペット先端受け要素と結合された第2のエネルギー源および第2のエネルギー検知器を備え、ピペット先端がバイオチップの表面に接近したとき、第2のエネルギー源が、バイオチップの表面に第2のエネルギーを供給し、前記解析装置がさらに、
第1および第2のエネルギー検知器と電子的に結合されたプロセッサを備え、プロセッサが、第1の検知器からの信号を使用して所定の容積の正確な吸引を制御し、かつ第2の検知器からの信号を使用してz座標に沿ったピペット先端の移動を制御する、解析装置。 - 第1のエネルギー源が、レーザを備え、第1のエネルギーが、光ガイドを介して容積に供給される、請求項1に記載の解析装置。
- 正確な吸引が、第1のエネルギー検知器によって検知される反射された光信号から計算される、請求項2に記載の解析装置。
- 第2のエネルギー源が、超音波変換器を備える、請求項2に記載の解析装置。
- ピペット先端受け要素がさらに、ピペット先端受け要素と取外し可能に結合された使い捨て式ポリマーピペット先端の存在を検知するセンサと動作可能に結合されている、請求項1に記載の解析装置。
- センサが光電子センサである、請求項5に記載の解析装置。
- データ伝送インタフェースをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の解析装置。
- データ伝送インタフェースが、遠隔操作のために、任意に解析装置に対して離れた位置にいる、操作者以外の人にデータを供給する、請求項1に記載の解析装置。
- マルチウェルプレートおよびマルチ試薬パックを備える試料ステーションをさらに備え、ピペット先端が、少なくとも1つのマルチウェルプレートおよびマルチ試薬パックから流体を除去し、かつバイオチップの表面に流体を分与する、請求項1に記載の解析装置。
- (1)直線および回転運動で独立して移動可能な動作部分を有していてバイオチップを解析装置の一つの位置から他の位置に押しやることができるマニピュレータと(2)自動ピペットとを結合させ、解析装置においてx座標、y座標およびz座標に沿って移動するロボットアームであって、前記自動ピペットは、使い捨て式のピペット先端、ならびに第1の光センサおよび第2のセンサを備え、第1の光センサが、ピペット先端内の液体の容積を検知し、第2のセンサが、ピペット先端と解析装置に配置されたバイオチップとの間の鉛直方向距離を検知するものである、前記ロボットアーム。
- 第1のセンサが、レーザビームをピペット先端内に送達するレーザを備える、請求項10に記載のロボットアーム。
- 減少させる干渉、増大させる干渉、位相変調および三角測量の少なくとも1つを使用して、液体の容積が決定される、請求項11に記載のロボットアーム。
- 第2のセンサが、バイオチップの表面に音響ビームを送達する音響変換器を備える、請求項10に記載のロボットアーム。
- 鉛直方向距離が、タイムオブフライトアルゴリズムを使用して決定される、請求項13に記載のロボットアーム。
- 第1および第2のセンサが、ピペットを、x座標、y座標およびz座標のうちの少なくとも1つに沿って移動させるロボットアームと結合される、請求項10に記載のロボットアーム。
- 使い捨て式のピペット先端の自動ピペットとの結合を検知する第3のセンサをさらに備える、請求項10に記載のロボットアーム。
- 遠隔操作へのアクセスを提供するために、データ伝送インタフェースをさらに備える、請求項10に記載のロボットアーム。
- データ伝送インタフェースが、任意に解析装置に対して離れた位置にいる、操作者以外の人にデータを供給する、請求項10に記載のロボットアーム。
