Description
(イ)発電機出力の蓄電先であり、かつ、旋回電動機の電源の一つがなくなることで、発電機(発電機インバータ)と旋回電動機(旋回電動機インバータ)とを結ぶ直流母線電圧が不安定となること、
(ロ)発電機の発電力が旋回電動機の消費電力を賄いきれなくなること、
(ハ)エンジン負荷が大きくなることで油圧ポンプの出力が低下すること
により、旋回、油圧両動作とも安定して行えなくなるという問題があった。
発電電動機2の発電力≧旋回電動機8の消費電力
となるように旋回電動機8の速度またはパワー(速度×トルク)を規制しながらの速度制御が行われる(ステップS15)。

Claims (3)
- エンジンを動力源として、油圧アクチュエータの油圧源としての油圧ポンプと発電機とを駆動するとともに、上記発電機の発電電力によって蓄電装置に充電し、上記発電機と蓄電装置とによって旋回体の駆動源である旋回電動機を駆動するように構成されたハイブリッド式作業機械において、上記蓄電装置が使用不能であることを検出する蓄電装置故障検出手段と、上記発電機及び旋回電動機を制御する制御手段とを備え、この制御手段は、上記蓄電装置故障検出手段によって蓄電装置の使用不能が検出されたときに、直流母線電圧をシステムの通常動作電圧以上に保ちながら、上記旋回電動機の消費電力を発電機の発電電力以下に抑える緊急避難制御を行うように構成されたことを特徴とするハイブリッド作業機械。
- 旋回電動機の回生動作時に回生電力を消費する回生抵抗と、この回生抵抗を制御する回生抵抗制御手段とが設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド作業機械。
- 直流母線の電圧を検出する母線電圧検出手段を備え、蓄電装置故障検出手段は、始動時に、蓄電装置が上記直流母線に接続された状態で上記母線電圧検出手段によって検出される母線電圧が設定値以下のときに蓄電装置が使用不能と判断するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のハイブリッド作業機械。
