Description
図1は第1実施形態のシステム構成を示す。
蓄電器16の充電量が旋回エネルギーを回生する余裕を持った通常状態(充電量が図3中に示す充電量設定値Cs未満)のときは、充電量に応じて旋回最高速度を設定し、図4の二点鎖線イで示すように旋回速度を操作量に応じて、かつ、操作量0から最大操作量(フルストロークSmax)に対応する通常最高速度(Vmax)まで連続して直線的に変化させる。
蓄電器充電量が図3中の充電量設定値Cs以上のときは、蓄電器16の充電量がすべての旋回エネルギーを回生する余裕がない非常状態であるとして、旋回最高速度(旋回電動機18の最高速度)を予め設定した制限値Vlに制限する。
以下の第2及び第3両実施形態では第1実施形態との相違点のみを説明する。
第3実施形態のシステム構成は第2実施形態(図7)と同じであるため、図7を援用する。

Claims (7)
- 下部走行体上に上部旋回体が旋回自在に搭載され、蓄電器を電源とする旋回電動機によってこの上部旋回体を旋回駆動し、旋回制動時に上記旋回電動機に回生ブレーキ力と回生電力を発生させ、回生電力を上記蓄電器に充電することによって旋回エネルギーを回生するように構成された旋回式作業機械において、上記蓄電器が上記旋回エネルギーを回生する余裕を持った通常状態か余裕がない非常状態かを検出する蓄電器状態検出手段と、この蓄電器状態検出手段の検出結果に基づいて上記旋回電動機の速度を制御する制御手段とを備え、この制御手段は、上記蓄電器が非常状態であるときに、上記旋回電動機の最高速度を制限する速度制限制御を行うように構成したことを特徴とする旋回式作業機械。
- 上記蓄電器状態検出手段として、上記蓄電器の充電量を検出する充電量検出手段を設け、上記制御手段は、上記充電量検出手段によって検出された充電量が充電量設定値以上のときに蓄電器が非常状態であるとして上記速度制限制御を行うように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の旋回式作業機械。
- 上記蓄電器状態検出手段として、上記蓄電器の容量を検出する容量検出手段を設け、上記制御手段は、上記容量検出手段によって検出された蓄電器容量が容量設定値以下のときに蓄電器が非常状態であるとして上記旋回電動機の速度制限制御を行うように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の旋回式作業機械。
- 上記容量検出手段は上記蓄電器の温度を検出し、この温度から蓄電器の容量を求めるように構成したことを特徴とする請求項3記載の旋回式作業機械。
- 上記上部旋回体に装着された作業アタッチメントの慣性モーメントを検出する慣性モーメント検出手段を設け、上記制御手段は、上記蓄電器が非常状態であって、かつ、上記慣性モーメント検出手段によって検出された作業アタッチメントの慣性モーメントが設定値以上であるときに上記速度制限制御を行うように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の旋回式作業機械。
- 上記制御手段は、旋回操作が開始されてから一定時間の経過を待って上記速度制限制御を開始するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の旋回式作業機械。
- 上記旋回電動機に対する速度指令を出す旋回操作手段を備え、上記制御手段は、旋回電動機の速度制限制御として、旋回電動機の速度が上記旋回操作手段の全操作量を通じて速度制限値まで連続的に変化するように操作量に対する速度のゲインを設定するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の旋回式作業機械。
