Description
図1〜6は実施の形態1を示す図で、図1は単相電動機の固定子鉄心を示す断面図、図2は固定子鉄心の打ち抜き方法の説明図、図3は単相電動機の固定子鉄心を示す断面図、図4は固定子鉄心を誘導電動機に用いた場合の断面図、図5固定子鉄心を同期誘導電動機に用いた場合の断面図、図6は固定子鉄心をブラシレスDC(直流)モータに用いた場合の断面図である。
図7は実施の形態2を示す図で、単相電動機の固定子の横断面図である。実施の形態1に示した固定子鉄心1に単相二極同心巻の主巻線10および補助巻線11を挿入した断面図である。
図7において、大スロット4には主巻線10のみが挿入されており、小スロット3には補助巻線11のみが挿入されているスロットと、主巻線10および補助巻線11の両方が分配されて挿入されているスロットが存在している。従って、大スロットには、同心巻方式の主巻線の外側の巻線が挿入されている。
主巻線10が挿入されている大スロット4の軸方向端部付近は、補助巻線11のコイルエンドが通るが、補助巻線11のコイルエンドは外側に広げやすいため、大スロット4の巻線占積率を大きくすることができる。
図8は実施の形態3を示す図で、単相電動機の固定子の横断面図である。図に示すように、固定子鉄心1の外周部に略半円状の切欠き2を設けたものである。
固定子を密閉形圧縮機に搭載した場合、切欠き2は冷媒、油などの流路として用いられ、性能および信頼性を確保するためには、切欠き2の総面積をある一定以上確保する必要がある。切欠き2の数を増やすことで、切欠き2一つあたりの面積は小さくしても総面積を確保することが可能である。
図11は実施の形態4を示す図で、密閉形圧縮機の縦断面図である。図11の密閉形圧縮機は、ロータリ圧縮機であるが、その他の種類のものでも良い。図11に示すように、密閉形圧縮機は、密閉容器22の内部に圧縮要素部21と、これを回転軸23を介して駆動する電動要素部20とを有し、電動要素部20には実施の形態1乃至3の単相電動機を使用する。
Claims (4)
- 複数枚の電磁鋼板が積層されて形成され、固定子ティースの間にスロットが設けられた固定子鉄心と、前記スロット内部に施される主巻線及び補助巻線で構成される単相二極の分布巻線とを有する固定子と、この固定子の内周に空隙を介して配置された回転子とを備えた単相電動機において、
前記固定子鉄心の外周部に前記固定子ティースとほぼ同幅の切欠きを前記固定子ティースの外周に設け、
前記主巻線が挿入される前記スロットの外周側には、前記固定子ティースとほぼ同幅の前記切欠きを設けないように構成したことを特徴とする単相電動機。 - 前記主巻線が挿入される前記スロットは、他の前記スロットよりも面積の大きい大スロットとし、
前記大スロットには、同心巻方式の主巻線の外側の巻線を挿入したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の単相電動機。 - 前記スロットに巻線を挿入する際に、前記補助巻線を挿入した後に、前記主巻線を挿入したことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の単相電動機。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の単相電動機を備えたことを特徴とする密閉形圧縮機。
