Abstract
Description
그리고 상기 티스부들(212)의 외곽측은 이웃하는 티스부와 소정의 곡률(R)을 가지고 서로 곡면지게 연결된다. 즉, 상기 티스부들 사이의 곡률(R)은 코일 직경의 곡률보다는 작지 않게, 즉 코일 직경의 곡률보다는 크게 형성되는 것이 바람직할 수 있다.
Claims (24)
- 반경방향으로 길게 형성되는 복수 개의 티스부와, 그 티스부들 사이에 오목하게 형성되는 복수 개의 슬롯부를 가지는 고정자;상기 고정자의 티스부와 슬롯부에 권선되고 적어도 일부는 알루미늄 재질로 된 코일;상기 고정자의 안쪽에 소정의 간격을 두고 삽입되며 그 내부에 상기 코일의 전자기유도작용에 의해 회전하도록 도체가 구비되는 회전자; 및상기 회전자의 중심에 압입되어 회전력을 압축부로 전달하는 회전축;을 포함하고,상기 코일의 엔드코일 높이는 상기 고정자의 내경의 크기와 반비례하여 형성되며,상기 코일의 엔드코일 높이(H) 대비 고정자의 내경(D) 비율(H/D)이 0.45 이하의 범위에서 형성되는 압축기용 모터.

- 제6항에 있어서,상기 메인슬롯부에는 구리 코일이 권선되고, 상기 서브슬롯부에는 알루미늄 코일이 권선되는 압축기용 모터.
