Description
クス形状で配置されて構成される。各画素310は、薄膜トランジスター等のスイッチング素子及び駆動素子を備え、各画素310のスイッチング素子を行に対応するゲートライン及び列に対応するデータラインで駆動して有機電界発光素子を発光させる。R画素、G画素及びB画素の配列は、任意なものであるが、例えば、図3に示されたように、R画素、G画素、B画素を直線上(列上)で配置(ストライプ配列)できる。

Claims (2)
- 絶縁基板上に形成されたゲートライン、データライン及び電源供給ラインと、
R、G、Bの画素領域はそれぞれ、互いに対向する二つの画素を備え、
前記対向する二つの画素を備える画素領域がマトリックス形状に配置され、
前記画素領域のそれぞれにおいて隣接する二つの画素のそれぞれを定義する二つのデータラインは互いにそれぞれ隣接していて、前記隣接する二つの画素は前記データラインに対して鏡映対称的に形成されていて、前記隣接する二つの画素はゲートラインを共有し、前記隣接する2つの画素は互いに独立的に電源供給ラインを備え、
前記対向する二つの画素は、前記画素領域内に一体に形成されてなる発光層を共通に使用し、
前記対向する二つの画素は、同じ色相(カラー)の光を発光することを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。 - 絶縁基板上に形成されたゲートライン、データライン及び電源供給ラインと、

前記対向する二つの画素は、前記画素領域内に一体に形成されてなる発光層を共通に使用し、
前記対向する二つの画素は、同じ色相(カラー)の光を発光することを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。
