Claims (4)
- 화상의 표시영역과 비표시영역으로 정의되는 기판;상기 표시영역에 형성되고, 교차하여 화소 영역을 정의하는 다수의 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선;상기 화소 영역에 위치하고, 상기 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선에 연결된 박막 트랜지스터와 발광 다이오드를 적어도 하나 이상 포함하는 화소;상기 비표시영역에 위치하고, 상기 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선에 각각 신호를 인가하기 위한 게이트 패드부 및 데이터 패드부를 포함하며,상기 박막 트랜지스터는 전류가 흐르는 통로로 정의되는 채널을 가지고, 상기 채널을 통해 흐르는 전류는 온 전류로 정의되며, 상기 온 전류는 상기 데이터 패드부로부터 인가되고, 상기 데이터 패드부에 인접한 제 1 박막 트랜지스터보다 상기 데이터 패드부의 반대쪽에 위치하는 제 2 박막 트랜지스터의 채널 폭과 길이 비(채널 폭/채널 길이)가 더 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 능동행렬 유기 전기발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 박막 트랜지스터의 채널 길이가 상기 제 1 박막 트랜지스터의 채널 길이보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 능동행렬 유기 전기발광소자.
- 제 1 항과 제 2 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 박막 트랜지스터의 채널 폭은 상기 제 1 박막 트랜지스터의 채널 폭보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 능동행렬 유기 전기발광소자.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 화소는 상기 데이터 신호 및 상기 게이트 신호에 의해 동작하는 스위칭 박막 트랜지스터와;상기 스위칭 박막 트랜지스터와 연결되어 있는 드라이빙 박막 트랜지스터;상기 드라이빙 박막 트랜지스터와 연결되어 있는 발광 다이오드;상기 스위칭 박막 트랜지스터 및 드라이빙 박막 트랜지스터와 연결되어 있는 스토리지 캐패시터를 포함하는 유기전기발광소자.
