Claims (9)
- 기판 상의 화상 표시부에 매트릭스 형태로 배치된 화소와;상기 화소에 연결되고 서로 교차하며, 게이트 및 데이터 신호를 각각 전달하는 게이트 및 데이터 배선과;상기 화소에 연결되고 Vdd 전압을 전달하는 파워 배선과;상기 화소에 연결되고 Vcom 전압을 전달하는 캐소드 전극과;상기 게이트 배선과 연결되고, 상기 화상 표시부를 사이에 두고 상기 게이트 배선이 연장된 양 방향에 위치하는 게이트 패드와;상기 데이터 배선과 연결되고, 상기 화상 표시부 외부에 형성되고 상기 데이터 배선이 연장된 일 방향에 위치하는 데이터 패드와;상기 캐소드 전극과 연결되고, 상기 화상 표시부를 사이에 두고 상기 데이터 패드와 마주보는 방향에 위치하는 Vcom 패드와;상기 파워 배선과 연결되고, 상기 화상 표시부 외부에 형성되고 상기 게이트 패드와 상기 데이터 패드 중 선택된 하나가 위치하는 방향에 위치하는 Vdd 패드를 포함하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 Vdd 패드는 상기 게이트 패드와 상기 데이터 패드 중 선택된 하나보다 상기 화상 표시부의 가장자리로부터 가까이 위치하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 Vdd 패드와 연결되는 FPC를 더욱 포함하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 FPC는 상기 Vdd 패드 전체를 하나로 연결하는 금속 물질로 이루어진 연결부를 포함하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 및 데이터 패드와 각각 연결되는 게이트 및 데이터 구동부를 더욱 포함하고, 상기 FPC는 상기 FPC와 동일한 방향에 위치하는 상기 게이트 구동부와 데이터 구동부 중 선택된 하나의 상부에 위치하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 Vdd 패드와, 상기 Vdd 패드와 동일한 방향에 위치하는 상기 게이트 패 드와 상기 데이터 패드 중 선택된 하나를 전기적으로 연결하는 쇼팅 바를 더욱 포함하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소는,상기 게이트 및 데이터 배선과 연결된 스위칭 박막트랜지스터와;상기 스위칭 박막트랜지스터 및 상기 파워 배선과 연결된 드라이빙 박막트랜지스터와;상기 드라이빙 박막트랜지스터와 연결된 발광 다이오드와;상기 스위칭 박막트랜지스터와, 상기 드라이빙 박막트랜지스터와, 상기 파워 배선과 연결된 스토리지 캐패시터를 포함하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소는,상기 게이트 및 데이터 배선과 연결되는 제 1 스위칭 박막트랜지스터와;상기 제 1 스위칭 박막트랜지스터 및 상기 게이트 배선과 연결되는 제 2 스위칭 박막트랜지스터와;상기 제 1, 2 스위칭 박막트랜지스터와, 상기 파워 배선과 연결되는 제 1 드 라이빙 박막트랜지스터와;상기 제 2 스위칭 박막트랜지스터와, 상기 파워 배선과 연결되는 제 2 드라이빙 박막트랜지스터와;상기 제 2 드라이빙 박막트랜지스터와 연결되는 발광 다이오드와;상기 제 1, 2 드라이빙 박막트랜지스터와, 상기 제 2 스위칭 박막트랜지스터와, 상기 파워 배선과 연결되는 스토리지 캐패시터를 포함하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제 1, 2 스위칭 박막트랜지스터는 서로 이웃하는 두 개의 상기 게이트 배선과 연결되는 유기전계발광소자.
