Claims (4)
- 希土類元素酸化物とNi及び/又はNiOとからなり、ガス流路を有する多孔質の支持基板の一方側主面に、少なくとも緻密な固体電解質、多孔質の外側電極を順次設け、他方側主面にランタン−クロム系酸化物材料からなる緻密なインターコネクタを設けてなる燃料電池セルであって、前記固体電解質が、スカンジウムを固溶せしめた酸化ジルコニウムからなるとともに、前記支持基板の側面を介して前記支持基板の他方側主面に形成されたインターコネクタ端面まで延設されており、前記支持基板と前記インターコネクタとの間に、Ni及び/又はNiOと希土類元素を含有するZrO 2 とからなる接合層が設けられていることを特徴とする燃料電池セル。
- 前記固体電解質と前記インターコネクタとの間にNiとZrO 2 あるいはY 2 O 3 とからなる接合層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池セル。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の燃料電池セルを収納容器内に複数収納してなることを特徴とする燃料電池。
- 分散型発電用として用いられることを特徴とする請求項3記載の燃料電池。
