Description
図9(d) 〜図14(d) は、上記高周波スイッチモジュールにおけるアンテナから受信回路への挿入損失特性を示す。高周波スイッチとSAWフィルタ間に位相補正回路を設けても、アンテナから受信回路への挿入損失特性は劣化しないことが分かった。
Claims (3)
- 電極パターンを有する複数の誘電体層により構成された積層体に設けられ、通過帯域の異なる複数の送受信系の送信回路と受信回路とを切り替える高周波スイッチモジュールであって、
複数のスイッチ素子を有する高周波スイッチと、
前記高周波スイッチと各送受信系の受信回路との間に接続され、一対の平衡出力端を有する不平衡入力−平衡出力型の複数の弾性表面波フィルタとを具備し、
前記スイッチ素子及び前記弾性表面波フィルタは前記積層体の上面に実装され、
前記積層体の底面に前記アンテナと接続する端子電極と、前記送信回路と接続する複数の端子電極と、前記受信回路と接続する複数の端子電極とが形成され、
前記受信回路と接続する複数の端子電極は前記積層体の底面の一側面側に並設され、
各弾性表面波フィルタの一対の平衡出力端は、前記受信回路と接続する端子電極のうちの隣り合う端子電極と、ビアホールを介して接続することを特徴とする高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の高周波スイッチモジュールにおいて、
前記積層体の底面の一側面側と対向する側面側に、前記送信回路と接続する端子電極と、前記アンテナと接続する端子電極とが並設され、
前記アンテナと接続する端子電極と隣接する前記送信回路と接続する端子電極との間にグランド電極が形成されていることを特徴とする高周波スイッチモジュール。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の高周波スイッチモジュールにおいて、
前記高周波スイッチと前記送信回路との間に、送信信号に含まれる高調波成分を除去するローパスフィルタが設けられ、
前記積層体の最下層に第1のグランド電極がほぼ全面に形成され、その上の層に前記ローパスフィルタの接地コンデンサ用のコンデンサ電極が形成され、その上の層に第2のグランド電極がほぼ全面に形成されており、
前記第1及び第2のグランド電極は前記積層体の底面のグランド電極とビアホールを介して接続され、
前記第1及び第2のグランド電極と積層方向に重ならない部分に形成された複数のビアホールを介して、前記端子電極と前記第2のグランド電極より上層に形成された電極パターンとが接続されていることを特徴とする高周波スイッチモジュール。
