Description
樹脂製材料からなり、前記検出部が収容されるハウジングと、
前記圧力流体が流通する通路を有し、前記圧力流体の供給される配管が接続される継手と、
樹脂製材料から形成され、前記ハウジングと継手とを接続する接続部材と、
前記接続部材の端部に半径方向に傾動自在に形成され、前記ハウジングの孔部に係合される爪部と、前記爪部の半径内側への変位を規制するストッパとを有し、前記ハウジングに対して前記接続部材を接続する連結手段と、
を備え、
前記ストッパは円筒状に形成され、前記孔部に係合した爪部の変位を前記ストッパによって規制することにより、前記爪部を介して前記接続部材が前記ハウジングに対して保持されることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 圧力流体の圧力を検出する検出部を有し、前記検出部によって検出された圧力値に基づいた出力信号を出力する圧力スイッチにおいて、
樹脂製材料からなり、前記検出部が収容されるハウジングと、
前記圧力流体が流通する通路を有し、前記圧力流体の供給される配管が接続される継手と、
樹脂製材料から形成され、前記ハウジングと継手とを接続する接続部材と、
前記接続部材の端部に半径方向に傾動自在に形成され、前記ハウジングの孔部に係合される爪部と、前記爪部の半径内側への変位を規制するストッパとを有し、前記ハウジングに対して前記接続部材を接続する連結手段と、
を備え、
前記ストッパは円筒状に形成され、前記孔部に係合した爪部の変位を前記ストッパによって規制することにより、前記爪部を介して前記接続部材が前記ハウジングに対して保持されることを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。 - 請求項1記載の圧力スイッチにおいて、
前記爪部は、前記接続部材の端部に周方向に沿って所定間隔離間して複数設けられ、前記爪部の内周側には、前記ストッパの装着される装着溝が形成されることを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。 - 請求項1又は2記載の圧力スイッチにおいて、
前記爪部の端部には、半径外方向に膨出した膨出部を有し、前記膨出部が前記ハウジングの側面に係止されることを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の圧力スイッチにおいて、
前記爪部は、前記ストッパによって前記孔部の内周面に向かって半径外方向に押圧され、前記孔部に対して嵌合されることを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。
