Description
Claims (10)
- 압력유체의 압력을 검출하는 검출기를 가지며, 상기 검출기에 의해 검출된 압력값에 기초한 출력신호를 출력하는 압력스위치에 있어서,수지제 재료로 이루어지며, 상기 검출기(16)가 수용되는 하우징(12);상기 압력유체가 유통하는 통로(42)를 가지며, 상기 압력유체가 공급되는 배관(77)이 연결되는 조인트커플링(20);수지제 재료로 형성되며, 상기 하우징(12)과 상기 조인트커플링(20)을 연결하는 연결부재(18); 및상기 하우징(12)에 대하여 상기 연결부재(18)를 연결하기 위하여, 상기 연결부재(18)의 단부에 반지름 방향으로 틸팅가능하도록 형성되고 상기 하우징(12)의 개구부(30)에 결합되는 하나 이상의 폴(44)과, 상기 폴(44)의 반지름 내측으로의 변위를 조절하는 스토퍼(62)를 가지는 연결기구를 포함하며,상기 스토퍼(62)는 원통형상으로 형성되며, 상기 개구부(30)와 결합한 상기 폴(44)의 변위를 상기 스토퍼(62)에 의해 조절한 결과로써, 상기 폴(44)을 통하여 상기 연결부재(18)가 상기 하우징(12)에 대하여 지지되고,상기 스토퍼(62)의 외주면은, 상기 스토퍼(62)의 단부를 향하여 서서히 축경하는 테이퍼면(66)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력스위치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 폴(44)은, 상기 연결부재(18)의 단부에 둘레방향에서 소정 의 간격으로 서로 이격된 복수의 폴(44)을 포함하고, 상기 폴(44)의 내주측에는 상기 스토퍼(62)가 장착되는 장착홈(60)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력스위치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 복수의 폴(44)의 외주면(44a)은, 상기 조인트커플링(20)이 연결된 단부측을 향하여 서서히 축경하는 테이퍼 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력스위치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 폴(44)의 단부에는, 반지름 외측 방향으로 팽출한 팽출부(46)가 형성되고, 상기 팽출부(46)는 상기 하우징(12)의 측면에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력스위치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 폴(44)은, 상기 개구부(30)의 내주면을 향하여 반지름 외측 방향으로 상기 스토퍼(62)에 의해 압박되서, 상기 개구부(30)에 대하여 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력스위치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 개구부(30)는, 상기 조인트커플링(20)의 측으로 서서히 축경하는 테이 퍼 형상으로 형성되고, 상기 복수의 폴(44)의 외주면(44a)은 상기 개구부(30)의 내주면에 맞접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력스위치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 폴(44)은, 반지름 방향으로 상기 스토퍼(62)와 상기 개구부(30) 사이에 개재되고 끼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력스위치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 통로(42)에 면하는 기판(14)에는, 상기 검출기(16)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력스위치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 조인트커플링(20)에는, 외주면을 따라서 환상의 핀홈(80)이 형성되고, 상기 연결부재(18)에는, 연결핀(72)이 삽입되는 것에 의해 한 쌍의 핀홀(74a, 74b)이 형성되서, 상기 조인트커플링(20)과 상기 연결부재(18)가 상기 핀홀(74a, 74b)을 통하여 삽입된 상기 연결핀(72)이 상기 핀홈(80)과 결합하는 것에 의해 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력스위치.
