Description
(1)圧力センサとハウジングとの間にOリングを単に挟み込んだシール構造。
(2)金属製のハウジングを塑性変形(カシメ、ローリングカシメ等)させて座金等を固定し、固定した座金等により、圧力センサとハウジングとの間に配置されたOリングを押えるシール構造。
(3)歯付座金等を変形させてハウジングに固定し、固定した歯付座金等により、圧力センサとハウジングとの間に配置されたOリングを押えるシール構造。

Claims (5)
- 圧力センサと、
前記圧力センサの一部が挿入された孔部を有し、前記圧力センサを収容するハウジングと、
前記孔部に配置されるとともに、前記圧力センサと前記ハウジングとの間に介装された環状のシール部材と、
前記シール部材に対向する基部と、前記基部から延出するとともに弾性変形可能であり前記ハウジングに係合する係合アームとを有する押え部材と、を備える
ことを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。 - 請求項1記載の圧力スイッチにおいて、
前記係合アームには、第1係合部が設けられ、
前記ハウジングは、前記孔部を囲む筒状壁を有し、
前記筒状壁の外周部には、前記第1係合部と係合する第2係合部が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。 - 請求項2記載の圧力スイッチにおいて、
前記第1係合部と前記第2係合部の一方は、孔又は溝の形態を有し、
前記第1係合部と前記第2係合部の他方は、前記孔又は溝に挿入される突起の形態を有する、
ことを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。 - 請求項3記載の圧力スイッチにおいて、
前記孔部は、前記圧力センサの前記一部が挿入される第1開口を一端に有するとともに、前記一端とは反対側の他端に第2開口を有し、
前記突起は、前記筒状壁の前記外周部に設けられており、
前記突起には、前記第1開口側から前記第2開口側に向かうに従って前記孔部の軸線から遠ざかるように傾斜するテーパ状ガイドが形成されている、
ことを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の圧力スイッチにおいて、
前記基部には、前記圧力センサの前記一部が挿入される貫通孔が設けられ、
前記基部の両側に一対の前記係合アームが設けられている、
ことを特徴とする圧力スイッチ。
