Abstract

【物品用途】;　　本創作物品係有關一種「附有數位顯示部之壓力開關」，其係藉由未圖示之壓力檢測器檢測出經由圓筒體而導入之壓力流體的壓力，當前述壓力流體之壓力到達預設之壓力值時，可經由引線對控制器等外部機器輸出檢測信號者。該附有數位顯示部之壓力開關係具有剖面大致矩形狀之外殼，在前述外殼之平面，設置有用以設定所希望之壓力值的複數個設定用按鍵、及用以顯示壓力值的數位顯示部，且在底面配設有前述圓筒體(參照參考圖)。在前述外殼之正面形成有大致長方體狀之突出部，在該突出部設置有引線連接部、及用以將壓力流體開放至大氣中之大氣開放口部。前述外殼係一體地組合前視圖中之包含前述大氣開放口部之上部外殼部、及包含前述引線連接部之下部外殼部而構成。前述引線連接部、前述大氣開放口部及前述圓筒體係配置在前視圖中之中心線上，因此可井然有序地連接壓力流體用之管路與引線。;【創作特點】;　　本創作係有關於一種「附有數位顯示部之壓力開關」之外形設計。配合立體圖、前視圖、側視圖、俯視圖及參考圖所示，本創作外殼大致呈現具有底面之螺栓狀圓筒體之矩形體狀。上述外殼頂面具有矩形之顯示部與排列有複數圓錠狀之壓力值設定用按鈕。上述外殼側周面顯示分隔有上層之上部外殼部與下層之下部外殼部。上述外殼前面呈現具有位於上部外殼部之圓形槽狀大氣開放口部以及具有位於下部外殼部之凸出端子狀引線連接部之拱圓狀突出部，該突出部側周為傾斜狀，而底面則呈平直狀。上述上部外殼部之各角隅具有條形凹部。參考圖係顯示上述本創作各部件之說明。由上述構成本創作整體造形精巧別緻，具新穎特異之視覺效果及創作性。
