Description
Claims (19)
- 熱交換器であって、
前記熱交換器の同じ側面上に配置された第1のマニホールドおよび第2のマニホールドと、
複数の熱交換管とを含み、各熱交換管は、
実質的に平行な第1の熱交換部分および第2の熱交換部分と、
前記第1の熱交換部分および前記第2の熱交換部分のそれぞれに連結された第1の端部および第2の端部とを有し、前記第1の端部および前記第2の端部が、前記第1のマニホールドおよび前記第2のマニホールドのそれぞれに連結され、前記第1のマニホールドおよび前記第2のマニホールドのそれぞれと流体連通するように、前記第1の端部は湾曲により前記第1の熱交換部分の中心線から外れる、熱交換器。 - 各熱交換管は、前記第1の熱交換部分および前記第2の熱交換部分を連結する連結部分をさらに有し、前記連結部分の少なくとも1つはU字形管であり、または少なくとも1つの熱交換管は全体が一体化されており、前記少なくとも1つの熱交換管の前記連結部分は折り曲げによって形成される、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第2の端部は、湾曲により前記第2の熱交換部分の中心線から外れ、前記第1の端部および前記第2の端部は反対方向に外れる、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の熱交換部分および前記第2の熱交換部分は第1の方向に配置され、前記第1の方向に実質的に垂直な第2の方向に延在し、
前記第1の端部は、前記第1の熱交換部分の前記中心線から、前記第1の方向および前記第2の方向に実質的に垂直な第3の方向に外れる、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1の熱交換部分および前記第2の熱交換部分は第1の方向に配置され、前記第1の方向に実質的に垂直な第2の方向に延在し、
前記第1の端部は、前記第1の熱交換部分の前記中心線から、前記第1の方向および前記第2の方向に実質的に垂直な第3の方向に外れ、
前記第2の端部は、前記第2の熱交換部分の前記中心線から、前記第1の方向および前記第2の方向に実質的に垂直な第3の方向に外れる、請求項3に記載の熱交換器。 - 各熱交換管は、前記第1の熱交換部分と前記第2の熱交換部分との間に配置された複数の第3の熱交換部分をさらに有し、前記第1の熱交換部分、前記第2の熱交換部分および前記第3の熱交換部分は実質的に平行である、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 各熱交換管は、前記第1の熱交換部分と前記第3の熱交換部分と前記第2の熱交換部分との間の隣接した熱交換部分を連結する複数の連結部分をさらに有し、前記連結部分の少なくとも1つは折り曲げによって形成され、またはU字形管である、請求項6に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の熱交換部分と前記第2の熱交換部分との間に配置されたフィンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の熱交換部分と前記第3の熱交換部分と前記第2の熱交換部分との間の隣接した熱交換部分の間に配置されたフィンをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の熱交換器。
- 各熱交換管の前記第1の端部は、前記第1の熱交換部分に対して傾斜している、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 各熱交換管の前記第1の端部は、前記第1の熱交換部分に対して傾斜し、
各熱交換管の前記第2の端部は、前記第2の熱交換部分に対して傾斜している、請求項3に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1の端部は、湾曲により前記第1の熱交換部分の前記中心線から、前記第2の方向および前記第3の方向によって画定された実質的な面内で外れる、請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の端部は、湾曲により前記第1の熱交換部分の前記中心線から、前記第2の方向および前記第3の方向によって画定された実質的な面内で外れ、
前記第2の端部は、湾曲により前記第2の熱交換部分の前記中心線から、前記第2の方向および前記第3の方向によって画定された実質的な前記面内で外れる、請求項5に記載の熱交換器。 - 各熱交換管の前記第1の端部および前記第1の熱交換部分は、前記第2の方向および前記第3の方向によって画定された実質的な面内に位置する、請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
- 各熱交換管の前記第1の端部および前記第1の熱交換部分は、前記第2の方向および前記第3の方向によって画定された実質的な面内に位置し、
各熱交換管の前記第2の端部および前記第2の熱交換部分は、前記第2の方向および前記第3の方向によって画定された実質的な前記面内に位置する、請求項5に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1の熱交換部分および前記第2の熱交換部分は第1の方向に配置され、前記第1の方向に実質的に垂直な第2の方向に延在し、
前記熱交換器の前記同じ側面は、前記第1の方向および前記第2の方向によって画定された面における前記第2の方向の同じ側面である、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1のマニホールドおよび前記第2のマニホールドはD字形断面を備えたマニホールドであり、互いに面する前記D字形断面を備えた前記マニホールドの実質的な平面である、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1のマニホールドと前記第2のマニホールドとの間に配置された断熱要素をさらに含む、請求項1〜17に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換管のそれぞれは全体が一体化されている、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
