Abstract
【解決手段】発光層30と、透光性基板20と、発光層からの発光を反射する反射膜10とを、この順に備える発光素子であって、反射膜10が、金属ナノ粒子を含むことを特徴とする、発光素子1である。好ましくは、反射膜10が、バインダーを含む補強膜を備える、発光素子1である。

Description
(1)発光層と、透光性基板と、発光層からの発光を反射する反射膜とを、この順に備える発光素子向け反射膜用組成物であって、反射膜組成物が、金属ナノ粒子を含むことを特徴とする、発光素子向け反射膜用組成物。
(2)さらに、添加物を含む、上記(1)記載の発光素子向け反射膜用組成物。
(3)発光層と、透光性基板と、発光層からの発光を反射する反射膜と、補強膜とを、この順に備える発光素子向け補強膜用組成物であって、補強膜用組成物が、バインダーを含む、発光素子向け補強膜用組成物。
(4)発光層と、透光性基板と、発光層からの発光を反射する反射膜とを、この順に備える発光素子であって、反射膜が、金属ナノ粒子を含むことを特徴とする、発光素子。
(5)反射膜が、さらに、添加物を含む、上記(4)記載の発光素子。
(6)発光層と、透光性基板と、発光層からの発光を反射する反射膜と、補強膜とを、この順に備える発光素子であって、補強膜がバインダーを含む、上記(4)または(5)記載の発光素子。
(7)反射膜および/または補強膜が、湿式塗工法で製造される、上記(4)〜(6)のいずれか記載の発光素子。
(8)反射膜の厚さが、0.05〜1.0μmである、上記(4)〜(7)のいずれか記載の発光素子。
(9)透光性基板上に、金属ナノ粒子と添加物を含む反射膜用組成物を、湿式塗工法により塗布した後、焼成または硬化することにより反射膜を形成し、透光性基板の反射膜の反対面に発光層を形成することを特徴とする、発光素子の製造方法。
(10)反射膜を形成した後、発光層を形成する前に、さらに、反射膜上に、バインダーを含む補強膜用組成物を、湿式塗工法により塗布した後、焼成または硬化することにより補強膜を形成する、上記(9)記載の発光素子の製造方法。
本発明の発光素子向け反射膜用組成物(以下、反射膜用組成物という)は、発光層と、透光性基板と、発光層からの発光を反射する反射膜とを、この順に備える発光素子向け反射膜用組成物であって、反射膜組成物が、金属ナノ粒子を含むことを特徴とする。
発光素子向け補強膜用組成物(以下、補強膜用組成物という)は、発光層と、透光性基板と、発光層からの発光を反射する反射膜と、補強膜とを、この順に備える発光素子向け補強膜用組成物であって、補強膜用組成物が、バインダーを含む。補強膜用組成物は、補強膜を形成することができ、また、反射膜に空孔がある場合には、反射膜に浸透し、反射膜の空孔および/または反射膜と増反射透明膜との界面に、バインダーを含有させ、反射膜自体の強度や反射膜と増反射透明膜との密着強度を高くすることができる。
本発明の発光素子は、発光層と、透光性基板と、発光層からの発光を反射する反射膜とを、この順に備える発光素子であって、反射膜が、金属ナノ粒子を含むことを特徴とする。
反射膜は、基体を通過した発光層の光を反射する。反射膜は、金属ナノ粒子を含み、さらに添加物を含むと好ましい。金属ナノ粒子、添加物は、上述のとおりである。
補強膜は、反射膜の耐熱性および耐食性を高くし、発光素子の製造工程でダイシングを使用するときの反射膜の剥離を抑制する。補強膜は、バインダーを含み、バインダーは上述のとおりである。
本発明の発光素子の製造方法は、透光性基板上に、金属ナノ粒子と添加物を含む反射膜用組成物を、湿式塗工法により塗布した後、焼成または硬化することにより反射膜を形成し、透光性基板の反射膜の反対面に発光層を形成することを特徴とする。
まず、反射膜用組成物を作製した。以下に、作製手順を示す。
硝酸銀を脱イオン水に溶解して、金属塩水溶液を調製した。また、クエン酸ナトリウムを脱イオン水に溶解して、濃度が26質量%のクエン酸ナトリウム水溶液を調製した。このクエン酸ナトリウム水溶液に、35℃に保持された窒素ガス気流中で、粒状の硫酸第1鉄を直接加えて溶解させ、クエン酸イオンと第1鉄イオンを3:2のモル比で含有する還元剤水溶液を調製した。
実施例1と同様に銀ナノ粒子分散液を作製後、得られた金属ナノ粒子:10質量部を水、エタノール及びメタノールを含む混合溶液90質量部に添加混合することにより分散させ、この分散液に、ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP、分子量:360,000)、酢酸錫を、金属ナノ粒子:96質量部、PVP:4質量部の割合となるように加えて、反射膜用組成物を作製した。なお、反射膜用組成物を構成する金属ナノ粒子は、75質量%以上の金属ナノ粒子を含有している。次に、実施例1と同様にして、厚さ:100nmの反射膜を得た。
ネオペンチルグリコールジアクリレートを原料モノマーとして、PGME:100cm3中に10g溶解し、1−ヒドロキシ−シクロヘキシル−フェニル−ケトンを0.5g添加して、50℃に保持し、激しく撹拌をしながら、1時間保持し、アクリル樹脂を合成した。このアクリル樹脂を、エタノールで固形分濃度が1質量%になるよう希釈して、補強膜用組成物を作製した。
実施例1と同様に銀ナノ粒子分散液を作製後、得られた金属ナノ粒子:10質量部を水、エタノール及びメタノールを含む混合溶液90質量部に添加混合することにより分散させ、この分散液に、酢酸銅を、金属ナノ粒子:95質量部、酢酸銅:5質量部の割合となるように加えて、反射膜用組成物を作製した。次に、実施例1と同様にして、厚さ:150nmの反射膜を得た。
表1に記載した組成、膜厚になるようにしたこと以外は、実施例4と同様にして、実施例5〜6、17を作製した。なお、実施例5で使用したSiO2には、実施例4で用いたSiO2結合剤を使用した。
表1に記載した組成、膜厚になるようにしたこと以外は、実施例3と同様にして、実施例7〜16、18〜20を作製した。ここで、補強剤組成物に用いたアクリル系にはネオペンチルグリコールジアクリレートを、エポキシ系にはビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂を、セルロース系にはメチルセルロースを、ウレタン系にはジフェニルメタンイソシアネートとメチルフェノールを使用した。
表1に記載した組成、膜厚になるようにしたこと以外は、実施例2と同様にして、実施例21を作製した。なお、本実施例で使用したSiO2には、実施例4で用いたSiO2結合剤を使用した。
ガラス基板に、真空成膜法のスパッタ法により、厚さ:100nmの銀薄膜を形成した。
ガラス基板に、スパッタ法により、厚さ:100nmの銀薄膜を形成し、さらにスパッタ法により、厚さ:30nmのチタン薄膜を形成した。
実施例1〜21、比較例1〜2の反射率の評価は、紫外可視分光光度計と積分球の組み合わせにより、波長450nmにおける反射膜の拡散反射率を測定した。また、熱処理試験を、200℃、1000時間で、耐食性試験としての硫化試験を、硫化水素:10ppm、温度:25℃、相対湿度:75%RH、504時間行い、それぞれの試験後の反射率を測定した。表1、表2に、これらの結果を示す。
密着性評価については、テープテスト(JIS K−5600)に準ずる方法で、反射率測定後の実施例2、5について、膜に対してテープを密着させ、剥がした際に、成膜した膜がはがれたり、めくれあがったりする状態の程度により、優・可・不可の3段階で評価した。テープ側に膜形成物が張り付かず、接着テープのみがはがれた場合を優とし、接着テープの剥がれと基材となる光電変換層が露出した状態が混在した場合を可とし、接着テープの引き剥がしにより基材となる光電変換層表面の全面が露出した場合を不可とした。実施例2は可、実施例5は優であった。

- 発光層と、透光性基板と、発光層からの発光を反射する反射膜とを、この順に備える発光素子向け反射膜用組成物であって、反射膜組成物が、金属ナノ粒子を含むことを特徴とする、発光素子向け反射膜用組成物。
- さらに、添加物を含む、請求項1記載の発光素子向け反射膜用組成物。
- 発光層と、透光性基板と、発光層からの発光を反射する反射膜と、補強膜とを、この順に備える発光素子向け補強膜用組成物であって、補強膜用組成物が、バインダーを含む、発光素子向け補強膜用組成物。
- 発光層と、透光性基板と、発光層からの発光を反射する反射膜とを、この順に備える発光素子であって、反射膜が、金属ナノ粒子を含むことを特徴とする、発光素子。
- 反射膜が、さらに、添加物を含む、請求項4記載の発光素子。
- 発光層と、透光性基板と、発光層からの発光を反射する反射膜と、補強膜とを、この順に備える発光素子であって、補強膜がバインダーを含む、請求項4または5記載の発光素子。
- 反射膜および/または補強膜が、湿式塗工法で製造される、請求項4〜6のいずれか1項記載の発光素子。
- 反射膜の厚さが、0.05〜1.0μmである、請求項4〜7のいずれか1項記載の発光素子。
- 透光性基板上に、金属ナノ粒子と添加物を含む反射膜用組成物を、湿式塗工法により塗布した後、焼成または硬化することにより反射膜を形成し、透光性基板の反射膜の反対面に発光層を形成することを特徴とする、発光素子の製造方法。
- 反射膜を形成した後、発光層を形成する前に、さらに、反射膜上に、バインダーを含む補強膜用組成物を、湿式塗工法により塗布した後、焼成または硬化することにより補強膜を形成する、請求項9記載の発光素子の製造方法。
