Claims (50)
- ピストン部材が中で摺動する投薬チャンバを画成し、流体ディスペンサの流体出口又は前記流体出口の上に重なるシールを係合して、前記流体出口又はシールを選択的に開閉するように適合された端部を有する、流体ディスペンサの構成要素。
- 前記端部が先端の形態である、請求項1に記載の構成要素。
- 前記端部を形成する第1の部品を含む部品のアセンブリである、請求項1又は2に記載の構成要素。
- 前記第1の部品がキャップ部である、請求項3に記載の構成要素。
- 前記流体ディスペンサ内に滑り封止嵌めを形成するシールを外表面上に備える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の構成要素。
- 前記シールがリップシールである、請求項5に記載の構成要素。
- 前記シールが前記第1の部品によって示される、請求項3に従属する場合の請求項5又は6に記載の構成要素。

- 前記端部が前方端部であり、前記シールの前方に位置付けられる前記投薬チャンバとフロー連通された少なくとも一つの前方開口部を前記構成要素が有する、請求項5、6、若しくは7、又は、請求項5、6、若しくは7に従属する場合の請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の構成要素。
- 前記前方開口部が前記第1の部品に設けられる、請求項3に従属する場合の請求項11に記載の構成要素。
- 前記前方開口部が前記第2のチャンバ及び前記流体経路を介して前記投薬チャンバとフロー連通している、請求項8に従属する場合の請求項11又は12に記載の構成要素。
- 前記投薬チャンバが幅が異なる同軸の第1及び第2の区画を有する、請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の構成要素。
- ばねを支持するレッジを外表面上にさらに有する、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の構成要素。
- 流体供給源とともに使用する流体ディスペンサであって、投薬チャンバ、流体出口、並びに、(i)前記投薬チャンバを前記流体供給源からの流体で充填する第1の方向と、(ii)前記チャンバから前記流体出口に向かって流体を分配する第2の方向とで、前記投薬チャンバを封止してその中で摺動するように配置されたピストン部材を有し、
前記投薬チャンバが幅の異なる第1及び第2の区画を有し、該第1の区画は該第2の区画よりも狭く、かつ、該第2の区画に対して前記第2の方向に位置しており、
前記ピストン部材が、前記第1及び第2の方向で摺動する際に、前記第2の区画を封止するように絶えず第2の区画と接触し、ただし、前記第1及び第2の方向で摺動する際の該摺動の一部分において前記第1の区画のみを封止するように該第1の区画と接触する、流体ディスペンサ。 - 前記ピストン部材が前記第1の区画と接触して該第1の区画を封止するシールを有し、該シールが、該第1の区画の幅以上であって前記第2の区画の幅よりも狭い外寸法を有する、請求項16に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記第2の区画から前記第1の区画への流体の流れを可能にする一方向弁を前記シールが形成する、請求項17に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記シールがリップシールである、請求項17又は18に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記シールが前記ピストン部材の端部上に位置する、請求項17から19のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記投薬チャンバの前記第2の区画と接触して該第2の区画を封止するシールを前記ピストン部材が有する、請求項16から20のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記流体供給源と連通する流体導管であって、使用の際、前記ピストン部材が前記第1の方向で摺動すると、流体がそこを介して前記流体供給源から前記投薬チャンバ内に運ばれる流体導管を前記ピストン部材が有する、請求項16から21のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記投薬チャンバの前記第2の区画と位置を合わせるように前記ピストン部材上に位置付けられる出口を前記流体供給源が有する、請求項16から22のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサ。
- 使用の際、前記ピストン部材が前記第2の方向で摺動すると、前記ピストン部材が前記投薬チャンバの前記第1の区画を封止するように該第1の区画と接触するまで、前記投薬チャンバ内の流体が該投薬チャンバから抜き取られるようになっている、請求項16から23のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサ。
- 使用の際、前記流体が前記ピストン部材の周りで前記第1の方向で抜き取られるようになっている、請求項24に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記ピストン部材が前記第2の方向で摺動すると、前記ピストン部材が前記第1の区画を封止するように該第1の区画と接触するまでは閉じたままである、前記投薬チャンバと前記流体出口との間の弁を備える、請求項16から25のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記シールが前記第1の区画と接触して該第1の区画を封止した状態で、前記ピストン部材が該第1の方向で摺動すると、前記投薬チャンバの該第1の区画に流体が入ることができるように、前記一方向弁が開くようになっている、請求項18又はこれに従属する請求項19から26のいずれかに記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記投薬チャンバが前記第1及び第2の区画の間に段差を有する、請求項16から27のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記第1の区画から前記第2の区画まで延びる少なくとも一つの流体フローチャネルを前記投薬チャンバが備える、請求項16から28のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサ。
- 流体の容器、投薬チャンバ、流体出口、並びに、(i)前記投薬チャンバを前記容器からの流体で充填する第1の方向と、(ii)流体を前記チャンバから前記流体出口に向かって分配する第2の方向とで、前記投薬チャンバ内で摺動するように配置されたピストン部材を備え、前記ピストン部材が前記容器に対して前記第1及び第2の方向で相対移動しないように固着されるように取り付けられる、流体ディスペンサ。
- 前記ピストン部材が前記容器上に取り付けられたキャップ構造の形で構成される、請求項30に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記キャップ構造が前記容器のストッパーである、請求項31に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記投薬チャンバが、前記流体出口が形成される前記流体ディスペンサのノズルの形で提供される、請求項30から32のいずれか一項に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記ノズルが前記容器に対して相対移動するようにその上に取り付けられて、前記ピストン部材が前記投薬チャンバ内で摺動する、請求項33に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記ノズルが前記キャップ構造上に取り付けられる、請求項31に従属する場合の請求項33又は34に記載のディスペンサ。
- シール部材を備える、流体ディスペンサの流体出口を封止する封止装置であって、前記シール部材が、前記流体出口を封止する第1の面と、陥凹部が設けられた第2の面と、内側位置と外側位置との間で前記シール部材に対して滑動するように、前記陥凹部内でそれを封止して滑動可能に取り付けることができる構成要素とを有し、前記構成要素が前記内側位置にあるときは前記第1の面が外向きに撓み、前記外側位置にあるときは前記第1の面がその元の状態に戻ることができる、封止装置。
- 前記シール部材が弾性材料又は形状記憶を有する他のタイプの材料から作られる、請求項36に記載の装置。
- 流体供給源とともに使用する流体ディスペンサであって、流体出口、投薬チャンバ、前記投薬チャンバを前記流体供給源からの流体で選択的に充填し、且つ流体を前記投薬チャンバから前記流体出口に向かって給送するため、前記投薬チャンバ内で往復運動するように配置されたピストン部材、任意に、シールによって流体が前記流体出口を介して分配されない通常の閉止状態から、前記シールが前記流体出口を開いてそこからの分配を可能にする開放状態へと移動可能な、前記流体出口を封止するシール、並びに、前記部材が前記流体出口を封止するか又は前記シールを前記閉止状態に位置させるように前記シールに作用する通常の第1の位置と、前記流体出口を開くか又は前記シールが開放状態へと移動するのを可能にする第2の位置との間で移動可能であり、前記投薬チャンバを含む構成要素を有する、流体ディスペンサ。
- 流体出口、前記流体出口を横切って位置付けられ、前方表面及び後方表面を有する封止部材、前記封止部材の前記後方表面を押し込んで、前記封止部材の前記前方表面が前記流体出口を封止するようにするプッシャであって、前記後方表面封止部材を押す頭部と、前記頭部がそこから前方に突出する肩部とを有するプッシャ、並びに、前記肩部と係合して、前記プッシャ頭部が前記封止部材の前記後方表面を押し込む程度を制御する停止表面を有する、流体ディスペンサ。
- 前記停止表面が壁の後方表面であり、前記プッシャ頭部が前記壁を通って突出する、請求項39に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記封止部材が前記壁の前方表面上に取り付けられる、請求項40に記載のディスペンサ。
- 流体供給源とともに使用する流体ディスペンサであって、投薬チャンバと、前記投薬チャンバ内で往復運動するように取り付けられ、前記投薬チャンバの壁を封止してその上を滑動するシールを有し、ピストンが前記投薬チャンバ内で往復運動する際、前記投薬チャンバの壁の前方位置と後方位置との間で前記シールが移動するピストンとを有し、前記シールを前記前方位置から前記後方位置へと移動させる前記ピストンの後方への摺動によって、前記投薬チャンバを前記流体供給源からの流体で充填することができ、前記シールを前記後方位置から前記前方位置へと移動させる前方への摺動によって、前記ピストンの前にある流体を前記投薬チャンバの外に給送し、前記投薬チャンバの壁に、前記前方及び後方位置の中間の位置から後方に延びる少なくとも一つの流体フロー通路が形成され、それによって、前記ピストンの前記後方への摺動の間に前記シールが前記中間の位置を超えると、前記通路を通って前記シールの前の前記投薬チャンバ内へと流体が前方に流れ込むことができる、流体ディスペンサ。
- 前記少なくとも一つの通路が前記投薬チャンバの壁の溝である、請求項42に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記シールが前記ピストンの前方端部にある、請求項42又は43に記載のディスペンサ。
- 流体供給源とともに使用する流体ディスペンサであって、投薬チャンバと、前記投薬チャンバ内で前方及び後方に往復運動するように取り付けられ、前記投薬チャンバの壁を封止してその上を滑動するシールを有するピストンとを有し、前記ピストンの後方への摺動によって、前記投薬チャンバを前記流体供給源からの流体で充填することができ、前記ピストンの前方への摺動によって、前記ピストンの前にある流体を前記投薬チャンバの外に給送し、使用の際、前記後方への摺動の間、前記投薬チャンバを封止してそれと接触している状態から離れるように前記シールが適合されて、流体が前記シールを超えて前方へと流れ、前記ピストンの前の前記投薬チャンバに流れ込むことができる、流体ディスペンサ。
- 前記シールが前記後方への摺動の間は内向きに撓むように適合されたリップシールである、請求項45に記載のディスペンサ。
- 流体供給源とともに使用する流体ディスペンサであって、出口を有する投薬チャンバと、前記出口を閉止するように付勢される弁と、前記投薬チャンバ内で前方及び後方に往復運動するように取り付けられたピストンとを有し、前記ピストンの後方への摺動によって、前記投薬チャンバを前記流体供給源からの流体で充填することができ、前記ピストンの前方への摺動によって、前記投薬チャンバ内にある流体を前記投薬チャンバの前記出口を介して給送し、前記ピストン部材の前記前方への摺動の終わりに前記弁の付勢に対抗して前記弁が開いたままであるように構成され配置された、流体ディスペンサ。
- 前記ピストン及び前記弁が協働して、前記前方への摺動の終わりに前記弁を開いたままにするように構成され配置された、請求項47に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記ピストン及び前記弁が協働する表面を有し、そこを介して前記ピストンが前記前方への摺動の終わりに前記弁を開いたままにする、請求項48に記載のディスペンサ。
- 前記ピストン及び前記弁の少なくとも一方が他方に作用する突出部を有し、それによって前記ピストンの前記前方への摺動の終わりに前記弁が開いたままになる、請求項48又は49に記載のディスペンサ。
