Claims (14)
1. Uređaj (1) prikladan za dispenziranje tekuće tvari (2), kao što je oftalmološka tvar, koji sadrži
- spremnik (3) koji sadrži tvar (2) koja se dispenzira pod tlakom većim od atmosferskog tlaka (2) i
- dozator (4) za dispenziranje tvari prema van koji uključuje klipni element (41) i komoru za predpunjenje (45), klipni element (41) opterećuje se pritiskom tvari pod tlakom (2) kako bi se postigao položaj pripravnosti (B1) prema zadanim postavkama koji sprječava da se komora za predopunjenje (45) preplavi dozom (2a) tvari koja se dispenzira, i ventilski element (60) koji može omogućiti vezu između prethodno navedene komore za predpunjenje (45) i okoline,
pri čemu uređaj nadalje uključuje
- pokretački mehanizam (6) dozatora (4) koji uzastopno komprimira najprije volumen zraka (7), čiji se tlak koristi za pomicanje klipnog elementa (41) iz položaja pripravnosti (B1), omogućavajući dozi (2a) tvari (2) da preplavi komoru za predpunjenje (45), a zatim mehanički aktivira ventilski element (60) kako bi se istovremeno omogućila veza gore spomenute komore za predpunjenje (45) prema okolini, kao i volumenu zraka (7) koji je prethodno korišten za pomicanje klipnog elementa (41) iz položaja pripravnosti.
2. Uređaj (1) prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da pokretački mehanizam (6) sadrži
- sredstvo za pumpanje (61) koje može pumpati i komprimirati volumen zraka (7) zahvaćen izvana, koji služi za pomicanje klipnog elementa (41) iz položaja pripravnosti (B1), te okidač (62) pripremljen za mehaničku aktivaciju ventilskog elementa (60), i time da
- pokretački mehanizam (6) ima pomični aktuator (63), koji u jednom potezu najprije aktivira sredstvo za pumpanje (61) što izaziva pomicanje klipnog elementa (41) iz položaja pripravnosti i također da doza (2a) tvari (2) preplavi komoru za predpunjenje (45), a zatim aktivira okidač (62), a s njim i ventilski element (60) kako bi se istovremeno omogućila veza prema okolini gore navedene komore za predpunjenje (45) kao i volumenu zraka (7) koji je prethodno korišten za pomicanje klipnog elementa (41) iz položaja pripravnosti.
3. Uređaj (1) prema zahtjevima 1 ili 2, naznačen time da je ventilski element (60) pripremljen za proizvodnju in-line mješavine doze (2a) tvari i volumena zraka (7) prije izbacivanja in-line mješavine prema van.
4. Uređaj (1) prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da se volumen komore za predpunjenje (45) i volumen pumpanog zraka (7) odabire na način da udio mase doze (2a) i mase zraka (7) koji se miješaju izazivaju šumeći efekt izbačene tvari (2).
5. Uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 2 do 4, naznačen time da
- dozator (4) sadrži cjevastu formaciju (50) u kojoj je klipni element (41) prikladno pomičan između položaja pripravnosti (B1), koji položaj je normalno prihvaćan djelovanjem pritiska kojeg vrši tvar (2) pod tlakom u spremniku (3) na gore spomenuti klipni element (41), i položaja za punjenje (B2), klipni element (41) povezan je s jednim ili više fiksnih dijelova uređaja (1), tako da određuje ekspanzijsku komoru (44), čije povećanje volumena pumpanjem zraka (7) unutar iste, pospješuje pomicanje klipnog elementa (41) u položaj za punjenje (B2), klipni element (41) povezan je s drugim fiksnim dijelom ili dijelovima uređaja (1) na način da određuje komoru za predpunjenje (45), koja se može preplaviti dozom (2a) tvari (2) koja se ispušta kada se klipni element (41) pomakne u položaj za punjenje (B2), klipni element (41) nadalje sadrži
- prvu komunikacijsku stazu (44a) za zrak između ekspanzijske komore (44) i kolektora (46) formiranog u klipnom elementu (41),
- drugu komunikacijsku stazu (45a) za doziranje tvari između komore za predpunjenje (45) i prethodno spomenutog kolektora (46) formiranog u klipnom elementu (41),
- treću komunikacijsku stazu (45b) za tvar između unutrašnjosti spremnika (3) i komore za predpunjenje (45);
i time da
- je ventilski element (60) utaknut u kolektor (46) klipnog elementa sa stupnjem zazora a njegov relativni položaj u odnosu na kolektor (46) omogućava ili onemogućava fluidne veze iz prve i druge komunikacijske staze (44a, 45a) prema van, ventilski element (60) prisiljen je zauzeti zatvoreni položaj (C1) prema zadanim postavkama u odnosu na element klipa (41), koji položaj onemogućava spomenute fluidne veze prema van; i time da
- je aktuator (63) pokretačkog mehanizma (6) pomičan sukladno hodu pokretanja iz položaja pripravnosti (A1) u položaj za dispenziranje, tako da
- u prvoj fazi pomaka (A1.1) aktuator tjera zrak (7) zahvaćen izvana u ekspanzijsku komoru (44), komprimirajući ga unutar iste, povećavajući volumen spomenute ekspanzijske komore (44) i potičući pomicanje klipnog elementa (41) u položaj za punjenje (B2), stvarajući potreban prostor u komori za predpunjenje (45) tako da se kroz treću komunikacijsku stazu (45b) komora za predpunjenje automatski preplavi dozom (2a) tvari koju treba izbaciti pod tlakom koji je u suštini jednak tlaku unutar spremnika (3), i
- u drugoj fazi pomaka (A1.2) aktuator uzrokuje pomicanje okidača (62) u pokretu a time i ventilskog elementa (60), pomičući ventilski element (60) u odnosu na kolektor (46) sve dok spomenuti ventilski element (60) ne zauzme položaj za izbacivanje (C2a, C2b) koji omogućuje prethodno spomenute fluidne veze između prve i druge komunikacijske staze (44a, 45a) zraka (7) i doze (2a) tvari, odnosno prema van.
6. Uređaj (1) prema prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da je ventilski element (60) utaknut u kolektor (46) i vođen je zazorom u aksijalnom smjeru, koji se podudara sa smjerom pomaka klipnog elementa između položaja pripravnosti (B1) i položaja za punjenje (B2), pomak u tom aksijalnom smjeru je pomak koje omogućuje ili onemogućuje fluidne veze između prve i druge komunikacijske staze (44a, 45a) zraka (7) i doze (2a) tvari, odnosno prema van.
7. Uređaj (1) prema prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da ventilski element (60) sadrži središnju cijev za izbacivanje (71) i distribucijski krug za dozu (72) tvari što omogućuje u položaju za izbacivanje (C2a, C2b) kanaliziranje doze (2a) dovedene do ventilskog elementa (60) iz različitih izlaza do središnje cijevi za izbacivanje (71) kroz drugu komunikacijsku stazu (45a) klipnog elementa (41).
8. Uređaj (1) prema prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da distribucijski krug za dozu (72) tvari sadrži najmanje dva kanala (722, 723) koji se spajaju na središnjoj cijevi za izbacivanje (71).
9. Uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 do 8, naznačen time da ventilski element (60) ima prvi krug za distribuciju zraka (73), koji, u prvom položaju za izbacivanje (C2a), omogućuje kanaliziranje zraka dovedenog do ventilskog elementa (60) prema središnjoj cijevi za izbacivanje (71) kroz prvu komunikacijsku stazu (44a) klipnog elementa (41) kako bi se proizvela mješavina tvari (2) i zraka (7).
10. Uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 7 do 9, naznačen time da ventilski element (60) ima drugi krug za distribuciju zraka (74) koji omogućuje u drugom položaju za izbacivanje (C2b) kanaliziranje zraka (7) dovedenog do ventilskog elementa (60) kroz prvu komunikacijsku stazu (44a) klipnog elementa (41), prema vanjskoj strani uređaja i preko vanjske strane središnje cijevi za izbacivanje (71).
11. Uređaj (1) prema zahtjevu 10, kada zahtjev 10 ovisi o zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da je ventilski element (60) utaknut u kolektor (46), kutni položaj između ventilskog elementa (60) i klipnog elementa (41) može varirati pri odabiru, između prvog i drugog kruga za distribuciju zraka (73, 74), krug za distribuciju zraka (73, 74) koji će biti spojen na prvu komunikacijsku stazu (44a) klipnog elementa (41) opskrbljuje zrak (7) koji treba izbaciti i na taj način odabire se hoće li se ili neće proizvesti mješavina tvari (2) i zraka (7).
12. Uređaj (1) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da spremnik (3) sadrži potisni klip (34b) i proširenu glavu (34a), pri čemu je tvar (2) zatvorena u spremniku (3) podvrgnuta pritisku potisnog klipa (34b) s proširenom glavom (34a), na koji se s jedne strane primjenjuje atmosferski tlak, a s druge strane vakuum.
13. Uređaj (1) prema prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da spremnik (3) sadrži
- vanjsko kućište (32) cjevaste konfiguracije s barem
- krajnjim dijelom (32a), velikog poprečnog presjeka, i
- dijelom za zadržavanje (32b), malog poprečnog presjeka, koji sadrži tvar (2) i povezan je s dozatorom (4);
- multiplikativni klip (34) sa
- proširenom glavom (34a), s poprečnim presjekom koji odgovara onom presjeku krajnjeg dijela (32a) vanjskog kućišta (32) i koja klizi sa zapečaćenom potporom preko stjenke navedenog krajnjeg dijela, i
- potisnim klipom (34b), s poprečnim presjekom koji odgovara onom presjeku dijela za zadržavanje (32b) vanjskog kućišta (32) i koji klizi sa zapečaćenom potporom preko stjenke navedenog dijela za zadržavanje,
potisni klip (34b) i krajnji dio (32a) kućišta (32) određuju prstenastu komoru (36) pod vakuumom, s promjenjivim volumenom u skladu s položajem multiplikativnog klipa (34).
14. Uređaj (1) prema prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time da vanjsko kućište (32) ima suženi dio (32c), povezan s dijelom za zadržavanje (32b), manjeg poprečnog presjeka u odnosu na dio za zadržavanje i priključak na dozator (4); i time da multiplikativni klip (34) ima potisnu glavu (34c), s poprečnim presjekom koji odgovara suženom dijelu (32c) vanjskog kućišta (32) i koji klizi s potporom preko stjenke navedenog suženog dijela (32c).
