Abstract
【解決手段】 弾性および可撓性を備え先端が閉塞された管状体の先端側に、内面から外面に貫通して軸方向に延びる開閉可能なスリット14を備えた弁13を形成して弁付きカテーテル10を構成した。そして、弁13におけるスリット14の周囲の部分を、内部側に突出させることにより形成した双方向変形部15で構成した。これによって、弁13を介して弁付きカテーテル10の内部から外部に薬液を通過させるとき、および弁13を介して弁付きカテーテル10の外部から内部に血液を通過させるときに、双方向変形部15が容易に変形してスリット14を開かせるようにした。

Description
以下、本発明の第1実施形態に係る弁付きカテーテルを図面を用いて詳しく説明する。図1および図2は、同実施形態に係る弁付きカテーテル10を示している。この弁付きカテーテル10は、患者A(図3参照)の静脈(B1〜B3等)内に、抗がん剤や栄養剤等の薬液を供給するために使用されるもので、基端部11にポート17を接続して患者Aの静脈内に留置される。弁付きカテーテル10は、軟質のポリウレタン樹脂からなる細長い管状体で構成されており、弾性および可撓性を備えている。また、弁付きカテーテル10の先端にはドーム状の壁部12が形成されており、弁付きカテーテル10の先端はこの壁部12によって閉塞されている。この壁部12は、弁付きカテーテル10の本体よりも軟質のポリウレタンやシリコーンからなっており、接着や溶着によって弁付きカテーテル10の本体に取付けられている。
図4は、本発明の第2実施形態に係る弁付きカテーテル20の先端側部分の断面を示している。この弁付きカテーテル20では、弁23は、弁付きカテーテル20の軸方向に沿って延びる直線状のスリット24と、スリット24の周囲に形成された双方向変形部25とで構成されている。そして、双方向変形部25は平面状に形成されている。すなわち、この弁付きカテーテル20における弁23が形成された部分以外の部分は円筒状に形成され、弁23が形成された部分は、円筒状の一部に平面部を形成した形状に形成されている。双方向変形部25は、前述した双方向変形部15と同様の方法で形成することができる。この弁付きカテーテル20のそれ以外の部分の構成については、前述した第1実施形態の弁付きカテーテル10と同一である。
図5は、本発明の第3実施形態に係る弁付きカテーテル30の先端側部分の断面を示している。この弁付きカテーテル30では、弁33は、弁付きカテーテル30の軸方向に沿って延びる直線状のスリット34と、スリット34の周囲に形成された双方向変形部35とで構成されている。そして、双方向変形部35は、弁付きカテーテル30におけるスリット34を介して対向する部分の外周側に、スリット34側が徐々に薄肉になるような傾斜面を形成することにより設けられている。この弁付きカテーテル30のそれ以外の部分の構成については、前述した弁付きカテーテル10と同一である。
図6は、本発明の第3実施形態の変形例に係る弁付きカテーテル30aの先端側部分の断面を示している。この弁付きカテーテル30aでは、弁33aの双方向変形部35aが、弁付きカテーテル30aにおけるスリット34aを介して対向する部分の内周側に、スリット34a側が徐々に薄肉になるような傾斜面を形成することにより設けられている。この弁付きカテーテル30のそれ以外の部分の構成については、前述した弁付きカテーテル30と同一である。
図7は、本発明の第4実施形態に係る弁付きカテーテル40の先端側部分の断面を示している。この弁付きカテーテル40では、複数の弁43a,43bが円周に沿って一定間隔で形成されている。すなわち、この弁付きカテーテル40は、2個の弁43aと2個の弁43bとを備えており、弁43aと弁43bとが交互に配置されている。そして、弁43aは、双方向変形部45aを、弁付きカテーテル40におけるスリット44aを介して対向する部分の外周側に、スリット44a側が徐々に薄肉になるような傾斜面を形成することにより設けられている。また、弁43bは、双方向変形部45bを、弁付きカテーテル40におけるスリット44bを介して対向する部分の内周側に、スリット44b側が徐々に薄肉になるような傾斜面を形成することにより設けられている。
Claims (8)
- 弾性および可撓性を備え先端が閉塞された管状体からなり、前記管状体の内面から外面に貫通して開閉可能なスリットを備えた弁が前記管状体の先端側に形成された弁付きカテーテルであって、
前記弁における前記スリットの周囲の部分を、前記弁を介して前記管状体の内部から外部に液体を通過させるとき、または、前記弁を介して前記管状体の外部から内部に液体を通過させるときに、前記液体の圧力によって前記管状体の外部側または内部側の双方に向かって容易に変形して前記スリットを開かせる双方向変形部で構成したことを特徴とする弁付きカテーテル。 - 前記双方向変形部を、前記スリットの周囲の部分を前記管状体の内部側に突出させることにより設けた請求項1に記載の弁付きカテーテル。
- 前記双方向変形部を、前記スリットの周囲の部分を平面状にすることにより設けた請求項1に記載の弁付きカテーテル。
- 前記双方向変形部を、前記スリットの周囲の部分を薄肉にすることにより設けた請求項1ないし3のうちのいずれか一つに記載の弁付きカテーテル。
- 前記双方向変形部を、前記管状体における前記スリットを介して対向する部分の外周側または内周側に、前記スリット側が徐々に薄肉になるような傾斜面を形成することにより設けた請求項1ないし4のうちのいずれか一つに記載の弁付きカテーテル。
- 前記スリットと前記双方向変形部とを備えた前記弁を複数個形成した請求項1ないし5のうちのいずれか一つに記載の弁付きカテーテル。
- 前記複数の弁が備える複数の双方向変形部に、前記複数のスリットのうちの所定のスリットを介して対向する部分の外周側に前記所定のスリット側が徐々に薄肉になるような傾斜面を形成することにより設けられた双方向変形部と、前記複数のスリットのうちの他のスリットを介して対向する部分の内周側に前記他のスリット側が徐々に薄肉になるような傾斜面を形成することにより設けられた双方向変形部とが含まれている請求項6に記載の弁付きカテーテル。
- 周囲部分に双方向変形部が形成されてないスリットが形成されている請求項1ないし7のうちのいずれか一つに記載の弁付きカテーテル。
