Abstract
【解決手段】 この薬液注入用カテーテル10は、カテーテル10の先端面が弾性を有する材料からなる先端壁21で塞がれており、この先端壁21は中央部が肉薄となっており、その肉薄部分に孔21a又は切り込み21b,21c,21dが形成されている。この孔21a又は切り込み21b,21c,21dは、常時は閉じると共に、内外両方向からガイドワイヤを押し当てると弾性的に開いてガイドワイヤを挿通可能とされており、しかも先端壁21の外側の周縁21eは、カテーテルチューブの先端部をなしている。

Description
図1に示されるように、この薬液注入用カテーテル10(以下、単にカテーテル10という)は、例えば、ポリウレタン、ポリアミド、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、シリコーン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリ酢酸ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル、ポリブタジエン等の合成樹脂、及びその誘導体、又はそれらの共重合体、又は天然ゴム等の天然高分子化合物、更にはそれらの混合物等からなるチューブ形状をなしたカテーテル本体20を有している。また、このカテーテル本体20の基端には、ハブ30が連結されている。このハブ30は、手で把持しやすいように扁平な形状をなしており、カテーテル本体20に連通する導入管31を有している。ハブ30の導入管31を通して後述するガイドワイヤ60が挿入される。

Claims (2)
- 血管の所定箇所に薬液を注入するための薬液注入用カテーテルにおいて、前記カテーテルの先端面が弾性材料からなる先端壁で閉塞され、この先端壁は中央部が肉薄となっており、その肉薄部分に孔又は切り込みが形成され、この孔又は切り込みは、常時は閉じると共に、内外両方向からガイドワイヤを押し当てると弾性的に開いてガイドワイヤを挿通可能とされており、しかも前記先端壁の外側の周縁は、カテーテルチューブの先端部をなしていることを特徴とする薬液注入用カテーテル。
- 前記先端壁は、内外両方向から見たときに、中央部がテーパ状又は球面状にへこんだすり鉢状をなしている請求項1記載の薬液注入用カテーテル。
