Abstract

Claims (25)
- カテーテル装置において、
先端を持つチューブ状本体であって、第1内腔及び第2内腔を画成し、前記第1内腔はその基端まで延びる第1アダプタを含み、この第1アダプタは前記基端をシールするように押圧された第1バルブを含み、前記第1内腔は第1横ポートを画成し、前記第2内腔は前記本体の前記先端と隣接して第2横ポートを画成する、チューブ状本体、及び
前記第1バルブにこの第1バルブと対応して移動するように連結されており且つ前記本体の前記先端と隣接して配置されたチップまで延びるプッシュロッドであって、前記チップは、前記第1内腔内に延びる第1部材及び前記第2内腔内に延びる第2部材を含み、前記チップが閉鎖位置にあるとき、前記第1部材は第1横ポートをシールし、前記第2部材は第2横ポートをシールする、プッシュロッドを含み、
前記第1バルブは、前記第1内腔の前記基端と前記第1内腔との間を流体連通するように係合でき、前記プッシュロッドにより第1及び第2の部材を前記チップの開放位置まで移動し、これによって前記第1横ポートと前記第1内腔との間、及び第2横ポートと第2内腔との間を流体連通する、カテーテル装置。 - 請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置において、前記第1内腔及び前記第2内腔は、前記本体の少なくとも一部に沿って実質的に平行な配向で配置される、カテーテル装置。

- 請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置において、第1アダプタは、前記第1バルブ及びこの第1バルブを押圧して前記基端をシールする弾性部材を支持するバルブハウジングを画成する、カテーテル装置。
- 請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置において、前記プッシュロッドは、前記本体内に摺動自在に取り付けられており、前記第1内腔と前記第2内腔との間に配置されている、カテーテル装置。
- 請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置において、前記プッシュロッドの一部が前記第1アダプタと同軸に取り付けられている、カテーテル装置。
- 請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置において、ルアー継手が前記第1内腔の前記基端に取り付けられ、前記ルアー継手は前記第1バルブに連結されたプッシャを有する、カテーテル装置。
- 請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置において、前記第2内腔は、その基端まで延びる第2アダプタを含む、カテーテル装置。
- 請求項8に記載のカテーテル装置において、前記第2アダプタは、前記第2内腔の前記基端をシールするように押圧された第2バルブを含む、カテーテル装置。
- 請求項9に記載のカテーテル装置において、第2アダプタは、前記第2バルブ及びこの第2バルブを押圧して前記基端をシールするばねを支持するバルブハウジングを画成する、カテーテル装置。
- 請求項9に記載のカテーテル装置において、前記ルアー継手は前記第2内腔の前記基端に取り付けられており、前記ルアー継手は前記第2バルブに連結されたプッシャを有する、カテーテル装置。
- 請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置において、前記第1内腔の前記基端は、流体を第1内腔に導入するため、流体ラインに取り付けられるように形成されており、前記第1横ポートは、流体を放出するように形成されている、カテーテル装置。
