Abstract
Description
SiO2/Al2O3 10ないし400
M2O/SiO2 0.001ないし0.1
R2O/SiO2 0.04ないし0.5
R′/SiO2 0.05ないし1
H2O/SiO2 8ないし300
の組成を有する反応混合物が使用され、ここでR,R′およびMは前述と同様の定義を示す。特に好適には反応混合物がモル比で示して以下のような組成を有する:
SiO2/Al2O3 20ないし50
M2O/SiO2 0.01ないし0.08
R2O/SiO2 0.06ないし0.4
R′/SiO2 0.1ないし0.5
H2O/SiO2 10ないし50
ここで、R,R′およびMは前述と同様の定義を示す。
ベータゼオライトをモル比で示して:
0.068Na2O:0.09TEAO2:0.24(H2NC2H4)2NH:0.04Al2O3:SiO2:0.18HBr:12H2O
の組成の反応混合物内で結晶化した(TEA=テトラエチルアンモニウム)。
ベータゼオライトをモル比で示して:
0.04Na2O:0.05TEAO2:0.12(H2NC2H4)2NH:0.022Al2O3:SiO2:12H2O
の組成の反応混合物内で結晶化した。
例1において得られたベータゼオライトを窒素流内で1K/分の上昇率で380℃まで加熱しその温度に8時間保持し、その後温度を1K/分の速度で480℃まで高めた。その温度に到達した後窒素流に酸素流を追加混合し、その温度をさらに16時間保持した。
ベータゼオライトをモル比で示して:
0.068Na2O:0.08TEAO2:0.12(H2NC2H4)2NH:0.04Al2O3:SiO2:0.16HBr:12H2O
の組成の反応混合物内で結晶化した。
ベータゼオライトをモル比で示して:
0.08Na2O:0.20TEAO2:0.107(H2NC2H4)2NH:0.022Al2O3:SiO2:0.40HBr:12H2O
の組成の反応混合物内で結晶化した。
ベータゼオライトをモル比で示して:
0.068Na2O:0.09TEAO2:0.08(H2NC2H4)2NH:0.04Al2O3:SiO2:0.16HBr:0.16(HOC2H4)2O:12H2O
の組成の反応混合物内で結晶化した。
5l容量のビーカ内に2310gの完全無塩水を用意し、その中に190.0gの硝酸アンモニウムを溶解し、500gの例3の焼成されたゼオライトを懸濁した。懸濁液を2時間室温で攪拌した。その後ゼオライトをブフナー漏斗によって濾過し蒸留水で洗浄した。得られたフィルタケークを第2のサイクルにおいて2310gの完全無塩水中に190.0gの硝酸アンモニウムを溶解した溶液内に懸濁し、再び2時間室温で攪拌した。
5l容量のビーカ内に2400gの完全無塩水を用意し、その中に31.6gの硫酸鉄(II)を溶解し、500gの例3の焼成されたゼオライトを懸濁した。懸濁液のpH値は3.14であった。懸濁液を2時間室温で攪拌した。その後ゼオライトをブフナー漏斗によって濾過し蒸留水で洗浄した。良好な洗浄効果を達成するため、得られたフィルタケークを4lの完全無塩化した水中で再び浸漬させ、再度ブフナー漏斗によって濾過した。その後フィルタケークを120℃で16時間乾燥させ、350℃で8時間焼成した。
Claims (16)
- 使用されるテンプレートがジエチレントリアミンを含むことからなる、ベータゼオライトの製造方法。
- 使用されるテンプレートがジエチレントリアミンとテトラエチルアンモニウム陽イオンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のベータゼオライトの製造方法。
- 使用されるテンプレート混合物が実質的あるいは完全にジエチレントリアミンと少なくとも1つのテトラエチルアンモニウム陽イオンを含有する化合物とからなることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のベータゼオライトの製造方法。
- モル比で示して:
SiO2/Al2O3 10ないし400
M2O/SiO2 0.001ないし0.1
R2O/SiO2 0.04ないし0.5
R′/SiO2 0.05ないし1
H2O/SiO2 8ないし300
の範囲の組成を有する反応混合物が使用され、ここでRはテトラエチルアンモニウム塩、特にハロゲン化物および/または水酸化物を示し、R′はジエチレントリアミンを示し、Mはアルカリ金属イオンを示すものであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の方法。 - ベータゼオライトの結晶が形成されるまで反応混合物を100ないし180℃の温度に保持し、得られたゼオライト結晶を分離することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- モル比で示して:
SiO2/Al2O3 20ないし50
M2O/SiO2 0.01ないし0.08
R2O/SiO2 0.06ないし0.4
R′/SiO2 0.1ないし0.5
H2O/SiO2 10ないし50
の組成を反応混合物が有し、ここで、R,R′およびMが請求項4と同じ定義を示すことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の方法。 - R′が一般的な実験式R′X、R′X2および/またはR′X3の塩、好適にはハロゲン化物、特に好適には臭化物として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- Rが臭化テトラエチルアンモニウムでMがナトリウムであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 使用されるテンプレートがジエチレントリアミンとてテトラエチルアンモニウム陽イオンの他にジエチレングリコールを含むか、実質的あるいは完全にそれらの化合物からなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ベータゼオライトのさらなる結晶形成を促進するために反応混合物に対してベータゼオライトのシード結晶を付加することを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- Mおよび/またはRおよび/またはR′は部分的あるいは完全に水素および/または周期表においてIIA、IIIA、IVA、IB、IIB、IIIB、IVB、VIB、および/またはVIII族の金属、特にCu、Ag、Co、Fe、Niあるいはプラチナ金属、特に好適にはPt、Pd、RhあるいはRuによって交換されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ベータゼオライトの製造方法におけるテンプレートあるいは補完テンプレートとしてのジエチレントリアミンならびに場合によってジエチレングリコールの適用方法。
- テトラエチルアンモニウム陽イオンを伴った請求項12の適用方法。
- 請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の方法によって得られたベータゼオライト。
- 一次結晶が0.5μm未満、好適には0.1μm未満、特に好適には0.05μm未満の直径を有するとともに、その50%超、好適には75%超、特に好適には90%超が、0.5μm超、好適には1μm超、特に好適には3μm超の直径からなる凝集体に合着することを特徴とする請求項14記載のベータゼオライト。
- 特に炭化水素の変換に際しての触媒、または吸着剤としての、請求項14または15記載のベータゼオライト、あるいは請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の方法によって得られるベータゼオライトの適用方法。
