Abstract
【解決手段】電動機械と、該電動機械と機械的に連結されたパーキングギヤGpと、該パーキングギヤGpをロックするためのパーキングロック機構18と、前記電動機械のロータ位置を検出するロータ位置検出部と、パーキングレンジが選択されたときの前記ロータ位置を読み込み、該ロータ位置の変化に基づいて、前記パーキングロック機構18に異常が発生したかどうかを判断する異常判定処理手段91とを有する。ロータ位置の変化に基づいて、パーキングロック機構18に異常が発生したかどうかが判断されるので、電動機械のロータが低速で回転している場合でも、パーキングロック機構18に異常が発生したことを確実に検出することができる。

の関係が成立する。したがって、リングギヤ回転速度NR及び発電機回転速度NGに基づいてエンジン回転速度NE

を算出することができる。なお、前記式(1)によって、プラネタリギヤユニット13の回転速度関係式が構成される。

の関係になり、互いに反力を受け合う。なお、前記式(2)によって、プラネタリギヤユニット13のトルク関係式が構成される。

を算出する。なお、前記車両要求トルクTO* と駆動モータ最大トルクTMmaxとを比較する場合、実際は、駆動モータ最大トルクTMmaxに出力軸26から駆動輪37の駆動軸までのギヤ比γMAが乗算され、前記車両要求トルクTO* と乗算値とが比較される。なお、前記ギヤ比γMAをあらかじめ見込んで、第1、第2の車両要求トルクマップを作成することもできる。

になる。なお、エンジン回転速度NEが一定の場合、前記トルク等価成分TGIは、通常、ハイブリッド型車両の加速中は加速方向に対して負の値を、ハイブリッド型車両の減速中は加速方向に対して正の値を採る。また、角加速度αGは、発電機回転速度NGを微分することによって算出される。

ステップS1 初期化処理を行う。
ステップS2 アクセルペダル位置AP及びブレーキペダル位置BPを読み込む。
ステップS3 車速Vを算出する。
ステップS4 車両要求トルクTO* を決定する。
ステップS5 車両要求トルクTO* が駆動モータ最大トルクTMmaxより大きいかどうかを判断する。車両要求トルクTO* が駆動モータ最大トルクTMmaxより大きい場合はステップS6に、車両要求トルクTO* が駆動モータ最大トルクTMmax以下である場合はステップS8に進む。
ステップS6 エンジン11が停止中であるかどうかを判断する。エンジン11が停止中である場合はステップS7に、停止中でない場合はステップS8に進む。
ステップS7 急加速制御処理を行う。
ステップS8 運転者要求出力PDを算出する。
ステップS9 バッテリ充放電要求出力PBを算出する。
ステップS10 車両要求出力POを算出する。
ステップS11 エンジン11の運転ポイントを決定する。
ステップS12 エンジン11が駆動領域AR1に置かれているかどうかを判断する。エンジン11が駆動領域AR1に置かれている場合はステップS13に、駆動領域AR1に置かれていない場合はステップS14に進む。
ステップS13 エンジン11が駆動されているかどうかを判断する。エンジン11が駆動されている場合はステップS17に、駆動されていない(停止させられている)場合はステップS15に進む。
ステップS14 エンジン11が駆動されているかどうかを判断する。エンジン11が駆動されている場合はステップS16に、駆動されていない場合はステップS26に進む。
ステップS15 エンジン始動制御処理を行う。
ステップS16 エンジン停止制御処理を行う。
ステップS17 エンジン制御処理を行う。
ステップS18 発電機目標回転速度NG* を決定する。
ステップS19 発電機目標回転速度NG* の絶対値が第1の回転速度Nth1以上であるかどうかを判断する。発電機目標回転速度NG* の絶対値が第1の回転速度Nth1以上である場合はステップS20に、発電機目標回転速度NG* の絶対値が第1の回転速度Nth1より小さい場合はステップS21に進む。
ステップS20 発電機ブレーキBが解放されているかどうかを判断する。発電機ブレーキBが解放されている場合はステップS23に、解放されていない場合はステップS24に進む。
ステップS21 発電機ブレーキBが係合させられているかどうかを判断する。発電機ブレーキBが係合させられている場合はステップS28に、係合させられていない場合はステップS22に進む。
ステップS22 発電機ブレーキ係合制御処理を行う。
ステップS23 発電機回転速度制御処理を行う。
ステップS24 発電機ブレーキ解放制御処理を行う。
ステップS25 駆動軸トルクTR/OUTを推定する。
ステップS26 駆動モータ目標トルクTM* を決定する。
ステップS27 駆動モータ制御処理を行う。
ステップS28 異常判定処理を行い、処理を終了する。
Θ=(1/Zp)・360・(Z15/Z31)・(Z32/Z27)
だけ回転する。
2・Θ=(2/Zp)・360・(Z15/Z31)・(Z32/Z27)
を閾値Δθとし、ロータ40が閾値Δθより大きく回転させられたときに、パーキングロック機構18に異常が発生したと判断する。
ステップS28−1 車速Vが閾値Vthより低いかどうかを判断する。車速Vが閾値Vthより低い場合はステップS28−2に進み、車速Vが閾値Vth以上である場合はリターンする。
ステップS28−2 パーキングレンジが選択されたかどうかを判断する。パーキングレンジが選択された場合はステップS28−3に進み、選択されていない場合はリターンする。
ステップS28−3 初期位置θsを算出する。
ステップS28−4 初期位置θsから現在位置θpを減算した値の絶対値が閾値Δθより大きいかどうかを判断する。初期位置θsから現在位置θpを減算した値の絶対値が閾値Δθより大きい場合はステップS28−5に進み、初期位置θsから現在位置θpを減算した値の絶対値が閾値Δθ以下である場合はリターンする。
ステップS28−5 パーキングロック機構18に異常が発生したと判断する。
ステップS28−6 故障コードを記録する。
ステップS28−7 フェールセーフ動作を行う。
ステップS28−8 復帰処理を行い、リターンする。

Claims (6)
- 電動機械と、該電動機械と機械的に連結されたパーキングギヤと、該パーキングギヤをロックするためのパーキングロック機構と、前記電動機械のロータ位置を検出するロータ位置検出部と、パーキングレンジが選択されたときの前記ロータ位置を読み込み、該ロータ位置の変化に基づいて、前記パーキングロック機構に異常が発生したかどうかを判断する異常判定処理手段とを有することを特徴とする電動車両駆動制御装置。
- 前記異常判定処理手段は、電動車両が停止状態に置かれたかどうかを判断し、電動車両が停止状態に置かれた場合に、前記パーキングロック機構に異常が発生したかどうかを判断する請求項1に記載の電動車両駆動制御装置。
- 前記異常判定処理手段は、ロータ位置の変化量が前記パーキングギヤに配設された複数の歯の1ピッチ分に対応した閾値より大きい場合に、パーキングロック機構に異常が発生したと判断する請求項1に記載の電動車両駆動制御装置。
- 前記パーキングロック機構に異常が発生した場合に、電動車両の移動を抑制するフェールセーフ動作を行うフェールセーフ処理手段を有する請求項1に記載の電動車両駆動制御装置。
- 所定の復帰操作が行われると、前記フェールセーフ動作から復帰させる復帰処理手段を有する請求項4に記載の電動車両駆動制御装置。
- 電動機械のロータ位置を検出し、パーキングレンジが選択されたときの前記ロータ位置を読み込み、該ロータ位置の変化に基づいて、電動機械と機械的に連結されたパーキングギヤをロックさせるためのパーキングロック機構に異常が発生したかどうかを判断することを特徴とする電動車両駆動制御方法。
