また、第4発明の要旨とするところは、第3発明のハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、前記制御部は、前記パーキングギヤと前記ロック部材とが前記噛み状態と判定された場合、前記回転部材の剛性、および、前記パーキングギヤと前記ロック部材との間の噛み合わせ部分の隙間を考慮して、前記走行用電動機から付与されるトルクを変更することを特徴とする。
また、第4発明のハイブリッド車両の制御装置によれば、パーキングギヤとロック部材とが噛み状態と判定された場合、回転部材の剛性、および、パーキングギヤとロック部材との間の噛み合わせ部分の隙間を考慮して、走行用電動機のトルクを変更することで、ガタ打ちが抑制される範囲で走行用電動機のトルクを最小限にし、ガタ詰めによる燃費の悪化を低減することができる。

Claims (5)
- エンジンからの動力を差動用電動機および駆動輪へ分配する差動機構と、該差動機構から前記駆動輪への動力伝達を行う回転部材と、該回転部材と前記駆動輪との間に動力伝達可能に連結された走行用電動機とを、備え、前記回転部材に、シフトポジションがパーキングポジションにあるとき、ロック部材が噛み合わされることで、該回転部材から前記駆動輪までの動力伝達系における回転を阻止するパーキングギヤが設けられたハイブリッド車両、の制御装置であって、
前記シフトポジションが前記パーキングポジションとされた前記エンジンのアイドル運転時、前記パーキングギヤに前記ロック部材が噛み込んでいる噛み状態にあるか、前記パーキングギヤに前記ロック部材が噛み込んでいない非噛み状態にあるかを判定する判定部と、学習部と、を備え、
前記判定部は、前記走行用電動機の回転角に基づいて前記回転部材の回転角を算出し、該回転部材の回転角に基づいて前記噛み状態にあるか、または前記非噛み状態にあるかを判定するものであり、
前記学習部は、登坂路および降坂路において前記シフトポジションが前記パーキングポジションで停車しているとき、そのときの前記回転部材の回転角に基づいて前記パーキングギヤと前記ロック部材とが前記噛み状態となる前記回転部材の回転角を学習する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記学習部は、前記登坂路および降坂路の路面勾配に応じて前記パーキングギヤと前記ロック部材とが前記噛み状態となる前記回転部材の回転角を補正することを特徴とする請求項1のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記噛み状態にあると判定されたときには、前記走行用電動機のトルクを前記回転部材に付与することにより、前記動力伝達系における歯車間の噛み合わせ部分の隙間および前記パーキングギヤと前記ロック部材との間の噛み合わせ部分の隙間を詰める制御を行い、前記非噛み状態にあると判定されたときには、前記差動用電動機のトルクを前記回転部材に付与することにより、前記動力伝達系における歯車間の噛み合わせ部分の隙間を詰める制御を行う制御部を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記パーキングギヤと前記ロック部材とが前記噛み状態と判定された場合、前記回転部材の剛性、および、前記パーキングギヤと前記ロック部材との間の噛み合わせ部分の隙間を考慮して、前記走行用電動機から付与されるトルクを変更することを特徴とする請求項3のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記走行用電動機または前記差動用電動機のトルクを前記回転部材に付与する間、車両移動を阻止するための制動装置を作動させる制動制御部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
