Claims (13)

1. Vezivno sredstvo koje sadrži portland cement u količini raspona od 20 do 95% po težini i ternesit cement u količini raspona od 5 do 80% po težini, pri čemu ukupni sadržaj vezivnog sredstva iznosi 100%, sadržaj C4(AxF(1-x))3$ je maksimum 5 % težine, i pri čemu ternesit cement sadrži 20 do 100% težine klinker faze C5S2$ i daljnjih klinker faza (α; β) C2S, C4(AxF(1-x))3$, gdje je x od 0.1 do 1.0, C2(AyF(1-y)), gdje je y od 0.2 do 0.8, reaktivni aluminati, periklaze (M) i sekundarne faze prisutni su u sljedećem sadržaju: (α; β) C2S 0 do 80% po težini C4(AxF(1-x))3$ 0 do < 15% po težini C2(AyF(1-y)) 0 do 30% po težini reaktivni aluminati 0 do 20% po težini periklaze (M) 0 do 25% po težini sekundarne faze 0 do 30% po težini, pri čemu sadržaj klinker faza iznosi do 100%.
2. Vezivno sredstvo sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačeno time što vezivno sredstvo sadrži portland cement u količini opsega od 40 do 90% po težini, posebice od 60 do 85% po težini, i ternesit cementa u količini opsega od 10 do 60% po težini, posebice od 15 do 50% po težini, pri čemu sadržaj veziva iznosi do 100%.
3. Vezivno sredstvo sukladno zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačeno time što su prisutni prirodni i/ili sintetički latentni hidraulički materijali i/ili pucolanski materijali, pri čemu količine vezivnih sredstava od ternesit i portland cementa imaju opseg u odnosu na količinu takvih dodataka i/ili mješavina: - Vezivno sredstvo od 20 do 95% težine, poželjno 40 do 80% težine i najbolje 50 do 70% težine - CM od 5 do 80% težine, poželjno 20 do 60% težine i najbolje od 30 do 50% težine, pri čemu su vrijednosti relativne u odnosu na ukupnu količinu vezivnog sredstva, zajednički iznose do 100% zajedno s preostalim komponentama vezivnog sredstva (α; β) C2S 0 do 80% po težini C4(AxF(1-x))3$ 0 do < 15% po težini C2(AyF(1-y)) 0 do 30% po težini reaktivni aluminati 0 do 20% po težini periklaze (M) 0 do 25% po težini sekundarne faze 0 do 30% po težini
4. Vezivno sredstvo sukladno zahtjevu 3, naznačeno time što su latentni hidraulički materijali i/ili puzolani odabrani između ciglene prašine, pepela, sedre, trasa, taloga s visokim udjelom topivog silicija,klajene gline i škriljevca, puzolanskih sintetičkih stakala, troske, latentnih hidrauličkih sintetičkih stakala, pepela bogatog vapnom i njihovih kombinacija.
5. Vezivno sredstvo sukladno barem jednom zahtjevu 1 do 4, naznačeno time štovezivno sredstvo nadalje sadrži dodatne hidraulički rektivne materijale, poput cementa kalcij aluminata, geopolimernog cementa, cementa kalcijevog sulfoaluminata i/ili nehidraulički reaktivnih materijala, poput mljevenog vapna, istaloženog CaCO3, Ca(OH)2, Mg(OH)2, silikatnih para i njihovih kombinacija, opsega od 1 do 30% težine, poželjno od 5 do 20% težine.
6. Vezivno sredstvo sukladno barem jednom zahtjevu 1 do 5, naznačeno time što vezivno sredstvo sadrži jedan ili više akceleratora sa učvršćivanje i/ili akceleratora za stvrdnjavanje kao dodatak mješavinu, koji su poželjno odabrani iz mješavine komponenti koje imaju slobodni aluminij, te će u dodiru s vodom osloboditi aluminij, na primjer u obliku Al(OH)-4 ili amorfnog Al(OH)3 gela, poput topivih alkalijskih aluminata [na primjer Na2Al2O4, K2Al2O4, i slično], i amorfnog aluminij hidroksida (na primjer Al(OH)3), u količini opsega od 0.01 do 15% težine, i poželjno 1 do 8% težine.
7. Vezivno sredstvo sukladno barem jednom zahtjevu 1 do 6, naznačeno time što vezivno sredstvo sadrži litijeve soli i hidrokside i/ili druge alkalijeve soli i hidrokside i alkalijeve silikate kao dodatke mješavini ili daljnje mješavine, s dodacima mješavini poput alkalijskih soli, silikata i hidroksida, koji povećavaju pH vrijednost otopine i posljedično reaktivnost C5S2$, osobito poželjnim.
8. Postupak proizvodnje vezivnog sredstva koje sadrži portland cement, pri čemu ternesit klinker, koji sadrži 20 do 100% težine klinker faze C5S2$ i daljnje klinker faze (α; β)C2S, C4(AxF(1-x))3$, gdje je x od 0.1 do 1.0, C2(AyF(1-y)), gdje je y od 0.2 do 0.8, reaktivni aluminati, periklaze (M) i sekundarne faze prisutne su u sljedećem sadržaju: (α; β) C2S 0 do 80% po težini C4(AxF(1-x))3$ 0 do < 15% po težini C2(AyF(1-y)) 0 do 30% po težini reaktivni aluminati 0 do 20% po težini periklaze (M) 0 do 25% po težini sekundarne faze 0 do 30% po težini cadržaj klinker faze iznosi do 100% i pribavljen je sinteriranjem sirove mješavine, koja sadrži barem izvore CaO, SiO2, i SO3, pri čemu je temperatura tijekom sinteriranja prilagođena u opsegu od 900 do 1300°C tako da ternesit klinker ima sadržaj od C5S2$ u posegu od 20 do 100 % težine i sadržaj od C4(AxF(1-x))3$ manji od 15% težine, u svakom slučaju relativno težini klinkera, ili cementa proizvedenog iz njega, u količini opsega od 5 do 80% po težini i barem jednog klinkera portland cementa, ili cementa proizvedenog iz njega, u količini opsega od 20 do 95% težine pomiješanih međusobno, pri čemu sadržaj C5S2$ u vezivnom sredstvu iznosi barem 5% težine i sadržaj C4(AxF(1-x))3$u vezivnom sredstvu iznosi najviše 5 % težine.
9. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što su ternesit klinker i portland cement klinker mljeveni zajedno ili odvojeno, sa ili bez nosača sulfata u obliku alkali i/ili alkalijskih zemnih sulfata, poželjno u obliku gipsa i/ili semihidrata i/ili anhidrata i/ili magnezij sulfata, do stupnja finoće (sukladno Blaineu) opsega od 2000 do 10000 cm²/g, poželjno opsega od 3000 do 6000 cm²/g i poželjnije od 4000 do 5000 cm²/g.
10. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što puzolani, latentni hidraulički materijali ili njihove kombinacije samljeveni su s ternesit klinkeromi/ili portland cement klinkerom.
11. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 8, 9, ili 10, naznačen time što ternesit cement ima distribuciju veličine zrna d50 manje od 20 µm i d90 manje od 100 µm, ili d50 manje od 5 µm i d90 manje od 20 µm, ili d50 manje od 0.1 µm i d90 manje od 2 µm.
12. Uporaba vezivnog sredstva sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, ili pribavljivo sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 8 do 11, u kombinaciji s agregatom za proizvodnju betona, morta ili žbuke, pri čemu je vrijednost vode/veziva prilagođena 0.2 do 2 prilagođena.
13. Uporaba vezivnog sredstva sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, ili pribavljivo sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 8 do 11, za imobilizaciju štetnih supstanci, ili kao sastojak brtvenog zida, pri čemu se dodaju adsorptivni efektivni aditivi poput zoolita i/ili ionorazmjenjivačkih smola.
