Claims (12)
- 테르네사이트 클링커 제조 방법에 있어서, 적어도 CaO, SiO2, 및 SO3에 대한 공급원을 포함하는 원료 분말 혼합물은, 테르네사이트 클링커가 클링커의 총 중량을 기준으로 20 내지 95 중량% 범위 C5S2$ 함량 및 15 중량% 미만 C4(AxF(1-x))3$ 함량을 각각 가지도록 소결되고, x는 0.1 내지 1임, 여기서 소결 동안의 온도는 900 내지 1300℃의 범위로 조정됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원료 분말 혼합물은 Al2O3 및 Fe2O3에 대한 공급원을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, C5S2$는 할로겐, 비금속, 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속, 또한 전이 금속, 반금속 및 금속의 물질의 그룹으로부터의 하나 이상의 외부 이온을 결정 구조에 첨가하여 안정화됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 광화제, 바람직하게는 포스페이트, 플루오라이드, 알칼리, 니트레이트 및/또는 클로라이드를 공급하는 물질이 원료 분말에 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10 내지 6000℃/분 범위의 가열 속도가 설정됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소결 동안의 온도는 1100 내지 1300℃ 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소결 동안의 온도는 900 내지 1200℃, 바람직하게는 1050 내지 1150℃ 범위임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 클링커는 C5S2$ 및 C4(AxF(1 -X))3$ 이외에도, 클링커의 총량을 기준으로 0 내지 30 중량% C2(AyF(1-y)), y는 0.2 내지 0.8 범위임, 0 내지 20 중량% 반응성 알루미네이트, 0 내지 25 중량% 페리클레이스 (M) 및 0 내지 30 중량% 이차 상을 포함하고 상들의 함량이 합쳐서 100%이 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 최소 하나의 X-선 비정질 상/유리질 상이 이차 상으로서 1 내지 10 중량%, 바람직하게는 2 내지 8 중량%, 더욱 바람직하게는 3 내지 5 중량%의 범위로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테르네사이트 클링커는 2000 ㎠/g 내지 6000 ㎠/g 범위, 바람직하게는 3000 ㎠/g 내지 5000 ㎠/g 범위의 분말도(Blaine에 따름)까지 분쇄됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테르네사이트 클링커는 5000 내지 10000 ㎠/g 범위, 바람직하게는 7000 ㎠/g 내지 9000 ㎠/g 범위의 분말도(Blaine에 따름)까지 분쇄됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테르네사이트 클링커는 10000 ㎠/g 초과, 및 3 내지 99 %, 바람직하게는 5 내지 50 %의 분말도(Blaine에 따름)까지 분쇄되고, 클링커의 상 내용물은 X-선 비정질 상으로서 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
