894,928. Vehicle lighting systems. GURUNLIAN, H. S. April 30, 1958 [May 7, 1957], No. 14507/57. Drawings to Specification. Class 75(4) To avoid dazzle from the headlights of motor vehicles during passing, six powerful electric bulbs are mounted in hollow reflectors, three in each of the front and rear offside wings, at a level with the headlamps and are arranged so that the light is projected downwards and sideways at an angle of at least 60 degrees, a common switch being provided for switching on the six bulbs and simultaneously switching off the headlamps. In the case of small cars, four bulbs only instead of six may be provided.
