Abstract
739,985. Nozzles. SCHWANK, G. April 23, 1954 [April 24, 1953], No. 11824/54. Class 69 (3). A nozzle 4 connected to a housing 3 has an outlet 5 controlled by a needle valve 7 which is guided in a plate 9 and in a bore 12. The valve is urged rearwardly by a spring 16 and is moved towards the nozzle outlet by a screw 13 with a part 14 which engages the rear end of the valve. Fluid is supplied through a passage 1 and flows to the outlet via perforations 10 in the plate 9.
