583,519. Bottle &c. crates. BLEWETT, R. H. March 1, 1944, No. 3832. [Class 18] The frame of a bottle or like crate is made of metal tubing and comprises vertical corner members B bearing brackets or lugs b to which a bottle supporting tray or insert E may be removably secured (as by bolts e), two parallel lengths A forming the bottom, two horizontal transverse lengths C forming handles, and two lower transverse lengths D. Lugs b', b' respectively support and rest on adjacent crates when the latter are stacked. The frame may be of a single length of tube, or of two or more lengths welded together. Specification 583,605 is referred to.
