Abstract

588,262. Bottle crates. PARK, L. Nov. 3, 1944, No. 21910. [Class 18] A tubular metal crate for milk bottles &c. consists of rectangular top and bottom frames A, C and corner posts E all of metal tubing secured by welding &c., and a cellular structure consisting of a number of tubes G extending from the bottom to half-way up the frame. The cellular structure may be welded in a sheet metal frame J which is itself welded to the tubular frame. Tubes G may have spacing ribs H and supports L for the bottles &c. Stacking lugs F may be employed.
