Abstract
376,783. Thermionic valves. ADEY, H. W., 22, The Fairway, North Wembley, Middlesex. April 14, 1931, No. 10955. [Class 39 (i).] A valve and a choke are arranged as a unitary structure ; the choke is mounted exteriorly to the bulb and independently of the leads from the contact pins to the electrodes, and is provided with terminals on the cap. As shown, the choke 4 is arranged in a casing 5 on the cap 2 and is provided with terminals 6, which may be arranged as bent pins. In other arrangements the choke is mounted in the cap or on the bulb, and is connected with the anode pin and with a fifth pin. Specification 324,721, [Class 40 (v), Wireless signalling &c.], is referred to.
