477,318. Plug couplings. MARCONI'S WIRELESS TELEGRAPH CO., Ltd. March 24, 1936, No. 8806. Void. Convention date, April 2, 1935. [Class 38 (i)] A thermionic valve 1 having a number of parallel contact pins 4 is provided with a locating lug 5 that projects further than the pins and fits a central hole 7 in the valve holder, Fig. 3, and is asymmetrical over a part of its length, being formed for example with a rib 6 that fits a groove 8 in the holder. Instead of the rib 6 an eccentric portion may be employed. The pins may thus be arranged in a circle and equally spaced.
