Passenger vehicles; vans. - A touring car is convertible into a van by the addition of a top section which comprises collapsable sides, a collapsable transverse partition and a removable rear section. As shown, the removable top 20 comprises upper side rigid portions 11, Fig. 3, and foldable lower portions 32 hinged thereto. A rear section 21 comprises doors and is secured to the top section and to the body of the vehicle by stud-and-slot fastenings 30, 31, Fig. 1. The transverse partition comprises an upper rigid portion 26 integral with the top section and a lower hinged portion 28 adapted to be secured at the lower end to the vehicle floor. When the vehicle is to be used as a passenger vehicle the top and rear sections are removed and folded and a supplementary rear section 37, Fig. 6, with a seat back 38 attached thereto is fastened to the body by the fastenings 30, 32. A hood is provided.
