Abstract

Bodies.-In a road vehicle of the type wherein a seat is provided for the driver, and in some cases additional seats, at the side or above the engine, a portion of the driver's cab or front portion of the body is movable to allow of free access to the engine. As shown, the movable units 1, 2 are hinged to the centrally fixed part 5 of the dash and may include part of the wind screen, floor, and mudguard. The flooring and mudguard 7 may however be separately removable. The unit may be hinged at the rear to the body or may be wholly detachable.
