Abstract

1,209,798. Vehicle wheel cover discs. W. H. S. ALBRECHT, [trading as LEICHTMETALLAUTOZUBEHOR WALTER H. S. ALBRECHT]. 4 Dec., 1968 [18 Oct., 1968], No. 57689/68. Heading B7C. A wheel hub cover assembly comprises a plastics intermediate ring 20, a separate cover plate 27, e.g. of aluminium, securable to bead 25 on the ring, and a plurality of spring claws 24 circumferentially-spaced apart in the ring, by which claws the assembly is securable to a wheel rim 29. The claws are mounted in pockets moulded in the ring which is made of a thermoplastic plastics material.
