1429114 Vehicle wheel covers DEL-MET CORP 18 Sept 1974 40766/74 Heading B7C A wire-wheel-simulating vehicle wheel cover comprises a wheel cover disc 11, means 23 for attaching the cover to a vehicle wheel, a ring 40 receiving the one ends of spoke simulating members 60, 61, telescoped rings 46, 47 defining openings receiving the other ends of the members 60, 61, and a cup 70, secured to the cover disc by means of screws 83 and a hub 80, for retaining the rings 46, 47 in their assembled condition. The lower edges of portions 47e of the ring 47 coact with slots 48 to define openings for the other ends of members 61, while slots 50 and 49 in the rings 47 and 46, respectively, define openings for the other ends of members 60.
